The property has a spacious front terrace with access to a private garage. The back terrace is spacious as well with a big private pool and an outdoor dining area for six. The outside space offers enough space to relax in the green with a nice cool drink.

On the upper floor you’ll find an open terrace with outdoor dining table for 6, two single and one 3-seater sofas and some beautiful views to the golf course where you can relax with a good book.

Inside the property you have a rustic style living room with a coffee table and a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a double-seater, air-conditioning, Internet and a LED-TV with international channels. Next to the kitchen you’ll find a rustic style dining table for 6 and the open plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer etc.

From the living room you have access to the three bedrooms, one with a double size bed, built-in-wardrobe and a bathroom on suite with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds and a built-in-wardrobe each. Every bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning. The second bathroom has a bathtub.

On the ground floor you’ll find a second living room with a comfy chaise-longue 3 seater, LED-TV with international channels and an air-conditioning. You also have some one more 3-seater sofa with access to the back yard and a separate laundry room.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
