Luxury Villa Palm Bay 1 is located in the picturesque coastal village of Ražanj, just a few steps from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. With 277 m2 of living space, including 162 m2 of interior space and 115 m2 around the pool, Villa Palm Bay 1 provides exceptional comfort for up to 9 guests.

The villa features five spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, while two other rooms with double beds (160x200 cm) share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable single bed (90x200 cm) and also shares the same bathroom, ensuring practicality and comfort.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a spacious and elegant living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a TV, ideal for relaxation after a day at the beach. It is connected to a large dining area with a table for 8 people and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that invites guests to prepare delicious homemade specialties. On the same floor, there is a fifth bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an additional separate toilet.

The outdoor area of the villa is a true oasis of luxury and relaxation. A heated 28 m2 pool, 1.45 meters deep, is surrounded by six comfortable sun loungers, offering a perfect place for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. A covered outdoor dining area and a wood or charcoal grill are ideal for unforgettable al fresco meals.

Villa Palm Bay 1 also offers additional amenities for a carefree stay, including a washing machine, an iron, and a fully fenced yard with four private parking spaces and two additional outdoor parking spots. For guests arriving by boat, a mooring with a sea depth of 7 meters is available upon request.

For active holiday enthusiasts, the villa offers two SUP boards, one of which can also be used as a kayak. During the summer months, a local water taxi is available at an additional cost, quickly connecting Ražanj to Rogoznica, a well-known tourist center with excellent restaurants and a picturesque coastline.

Ražanj is the perfect destination for a peaceful family vacation in untouched nature, while nearby Rogoznica offers a vibrant nightlife, including the renowned Aurora club near Primošten. Sports and nature lovers can enjoy fishing, diving, cycling, and various water sports. For those eager to explore, a visit to the historic town of Trogir is highly recommended. Its old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic towns in Europe.

If the number of guests exceeds the villa’s optimum capacity and the agency exceptionally approves the stay of additional persons, a surcharge of 70.00 euro per person per day will apply for each extra guest.

Pets are welcome upon request. The price for small pets up to 5 kg is 15 euro per pet per day, while for larger pets over 5 kg, the price is 25 euro per pet per day.
Cleaning fee per booking: 200 euro
