Heart of Downtown Rogers: 3 bedroom with ample outdoor space and hot tub

Built in 1939, Casa de Chíspa is a fully renovated cozy home located in the middle of downtown Rogers. In 10 minutes, you can walk into downtown for your morning Onyx, lunch at Iron Horse, afternoon cocktails at Baked by Kori, dinner at Las Palmas and dessert at Gelatissimo. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open office space and laundry room. Backyard has a massive deck with outdoor couch, chairs, and a dreamy hot tub with lighting for night time soaks. Use the deck for morning yoga, sit and watch the birds, or enjoy drinks and lounge. We have 3 bikes available for your use with bike locks and helmets.

Inside, we have a full kitchen with all the basics you’ll need for cooking or opening a bottle of wine. Living room has a big screen TV and shelf of puzzles and board games for your use. First bedroom is a queen with full closet off the living room and view of backyard. The first full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub shower combo. Our primary bedroom has a TV and queen bed with doors to access backyard directly along with an en-suite and walk-in closet. Off the kitchen is the open office space and laundry room as well as the third bedroom. Third bedroom has two twin beds with a TV and full length mirror.

Casa de Chíspa welcomes your pets with a $50 pet fee. Please bring up to 2 pets and message us with any questions about your furry friends. We ask your help to mark the ‘pet’ option when finalizing booking so we can prepare properly before and after your stay.

*Casa de Chíspa is named after our dog, Chispa, a 10 year old pomeranian / schnauzer mix who loves swimming, playing fetch, begging for food and napping.
