This vacation home is peacefully situated in green surroundings, just 400 meters from the beach. Nature and wildlife are right at your doorstep. The house is 56 m² and features two bedrooms with a total of six sleeping spots. The living room serves as the natural gathering place, equipped with both a wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump. The decor is cozy and the interior is tastefully designed.



The kitchen is functional and open to the living area, making it easy to spend time together while cooking. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, internet, and a music player. Every room has its own access to the large terrace that wraps all the way around the house, where you can always find shelter, sun, or shade. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and gather for meals together under the open sky. You can also move the patio furniture under the covered section, so you can spend time outdoors in any kind of weather.



Adjacent to the terrace is a wilderness bath, sauna, and outdoor shower, situated in a secluded spot that invites peace, quiet, and well-being—no matter the season. There will typically be a small supply of firewood upon arrival to get the wilderness bath started, and additional firewood can be purchased locally.



The grounds are spacious and open, with plenty of room for playing and ball games on the lawn. Children can move about freely in the enclosed garden, whilst the adults enjoy the view or some time to themselves. There is a small campfire area where you can bake bread on a stick or warm yourself by the fire in the evening.



The area around the house appeals to nature lovers. Here, you can walk along the coast on the sea wall, follow paths through the open countryside and enjoy the birdlife and the sea breeze. The beaches in the area are child-friendly and ideal for both swimming and picnics. There is a bathing jetty at the beach closest to the house.



It’s easy to combine relaxation with experiences and activities for both children and adults. A short distance from the house, there are shopping facilities and ice-cream stalls, and Lolland offers a wealth of small local experiences, including cultural and culinary ones. Lalandia is 2 kilometres from the house. Copenhagen is about an hour and a half’s drive from the house.
