This spectacular Outer Banks property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the dunes and ocean. You’ll enjoy privacy and a calm, serene atmosphere at Island Pines surrounded by pines and cedars. Relaxation abounds as you switch from life mode to vacation mode and enjoy the private pool or catch some rays on one of the many spacious decks.

Island Pines features six spacious master bedrooms, all with private baths. The kitchen and great room on the upper level are a natural gathering place and large enough to gather your family and friends for dinner, movies, puzzles and games. Above the great room is a bonus loft which is perfect for reading or quietly sneaking off to return phone calls or emails.

The well-appointed kitchen features two dishwashers and an oversized refrigerator for ease of comfort and entertaining. With ample seating and a large island for serving, this kitchen was made for large gatherings!

The upper level features one master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This bedroom has a sliding door to the sun deck where you can enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee, ocean views or just enjoying the sun.

The mid-level features four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with king beds, private baths and sliding doors to a covered deck with ocean views. There is also another king bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of pyramid bund beds. The king room and bunk room share a full bath located in the hallway.

The lower level features two large master bedrooms with king beds and private baths. A third bedroom on the lower level has pyramid bunk beds and has access to the shared hall bathroom. In addition, you will find a spacious game room with a pool table, television, wet-bar and full-sized refrigerator! The game room walks out to the pool and hot tub, conveniently allowing snacks and cold drinks to be just steps away!

As you go outside to the right side of the house you'll find a large, private lot for your group's corn hole tournament and also evening gatherings to roast marshmallows around the propane fire pit.

Did I forget to mention the beach! Island Pines is just a two-minute walk to the beach! You can walk a few more minutes and visit the Rodanthe pier and enjoy deep water fishing. Waves, NC is a world-renowned location for kite-surfing and windsurfing. Just take a quick five minute walk and visit one of the two lesson and equipment rental businesses.

Another quick walk and you can enjoy some ice cream and enjoy the sunset views over the sound.
