Guests have access to this entire home as well as direct access to oceanfront. Private driveway with plenty of parking for all vehicles



The Neighborhood:

The Tri-Village area can be easily explored via car or bike! If you'd like to rent bikes, Island Cycles and Rodanthe Rides (electric bikes and scooters) is within a short distance to Mermaid's Song. Peddle over to the sound for a spectacular sunset or tour the 7 mile scenic, coastal bike path that starts at the Rodanthe Community Building and runs the length of the village to the Salvo Day Use Area Soundisde, making the entire length of the village easily accessible. The Rodanthe Harbor is located behind the community building where you can park & put in your kayak or boat and watch some of the most amazing sunsets over the Pamlico Sound.



The small villages of Avon, Buxton and Frisco are all within a short drive. Explore the Bodie & Hatteras Lighthouse, Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, and all the beautiful wildlife and beaches up and down HWY 12 South!



Other Things to Note:

Pets welcome--up to 2 dogs, no cats please. Dogs must be crated when guests are away. Hatteras Island is known for being incredibly dog friendly, any restaurant with outdoor seating is dog friendly!

Hot tub mid week check each Wednesday if guest is on site. Technician will not enter the home without guests approval.
