New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Beautiful sound-front Soundsational is better than ever. This 2,700-square-foot home has a large waterfront lot that is the perfect launch for kitesurfers, windsurfers, kayakers, and those who simply love the best sunsets on the island. The waterfront is bulkheaded and has an extended pier for easy access to the sound. The ground level has good concrete parking, two carports, and an all-weather entry. The waterfront pool has a large, furnished sundeck, a hot tub, an outside shower, and a bath. The waterfront is bulkheaded and has a small dock for easy water entry for kids and adults. The first level opens with a game room featuring a pool table, a TV, a stereo, a mini kitchen with a sink, a microwave, a fridge, and a full bath. The first bedroom has two bunks and a TV. On level two, the second bedroom has deck access, and it shares a bath with hall access. The third bedroom has a TV. A sound-front bedroom has a TV, deck access, and a full bath. You'll also have a private washer/dryer.

The third-level living area has tall ceilings and panoramic views of the ocean and sound. A 60-inch LCD TV, and stereo system anchor the well-furnished living room. Another second sitting area has easy access to the furnished ocean and sound sundecks. The well-designed tile-floored kitchen has a breakfast island and is ready to provide meals for hungry friends at the sound-front dining area. The fifth bedroom is a sound-front room with deck access, plus a full bath. The kids will flip for the upstairs bonus loft with a daybed. Soundsational is absolutely sensational!

Our stay was absolutely amazing at the house. Check in we had to drive to Vacasa to pick up the key, but it was right down the road. The house was absolutely amazing and we would totally stay again. It was right on the water so that was definitely worth it. There’s a sidewalk that runs in front of the house so the kids were able to bike ride back-and-forth.We did have issues with Vacasa not responding to our request. The grill was unusable and the TV in the living room wasn’t working, along with an along with a few other minor things. But that’s totally not the owner’s fault. I would just suggest to the owner to change rental companies. Vacasa kept responding to my text saying somebody would get back to us. I called multiple times with no response. I was totally ignored. But thank goodness these were minor things so I was requesting compensation back. I am still waiting to hear about compensation. I pray that the owner reads this and responds.

Beautiful Property

Our family spent a long weekend at this home, and loved it. The home is beautiful, and laid out in such a way to allow you to really enjoy nature and the views of the Sound. We loved the dock, and the easy access to the water that came with the home!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great location with beautiful views of the sound. Our teens enjoyed the property amenities - pool table, hot tub and water access. The property could use a little more basic maintenance and groundskeeping.

Location was great. Otherwise the house was average, at best. It is clear the place is a rental only. Fixtures are worn. Doors leak. Strike plate on the carport egress door was almost falling out when we arrived. The 2x6 holding the exterior hose bib wasn't affixed to the house. Pigeon poop on the 2nd floor deck was monstrous and unsightly.

Great layout and location. Sunsets were spectacular from many deck levels. Would get five stars if
.house was cleaner(need through spring cleaning for dusty vents and disgusting, dusty head board in main level bedroom) and do something about middle level deck where pigeons nest and poop all over, piles of poop, grills were gross and only one burner of the three lit on the propane grill, so no cookout for us. That said, loved the location and with a little more care of the house, would be a five star review.

kiting trip

house fun, allows dogs, great location for kiting but dangerous getting over the rock on shoreline, owner says will rebuild a pier for kiting which is a must if a kiting house
