Welcome to The Golden Hour, a premier top-floor sanctuary perched on the 3-mile marker of the âHawaiian Islandâ. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering the perfect blend of modern luxury and lakeside comfort. Top floor views with elevator access, plus a zero-entry pool with mushroom fountain! Take note: There is no trailer parking at this complex.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is open concept and fully equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. There is a K cup coffee maker, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a more formal dining area with seating for six.
Living Room
The bright and airy living room features vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating, including a plush sectional and a leather recliner. Enjoy the mounted flat screen TV or take in the gorgeous views through the sliding glass doors that open directly onto the lakefront balcony. *Please note the fireplace is not for use by guests.
Master Suite
The master suite features a king size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a mounted flat screen TV. There is an attached master bathroom with double vanity sinks and a beautiful walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstands, a closet, and a mounted flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a full-size bunkbed, nightstand, closet, and a mounted flat screen TV.
Outside
Out on the screened in waterfront balcony you will find a high top table for two perfect for soaking up the lakeviews, a cozy outdoor couch with coffee table, and a gas grill.
Neighborhood Description
The Isla Del Sol condo complex is located at the 3-mile marker on the North Shore. By boat, this complex is just minutes from tons of the lakesâ most popular bars and restaurants including Neon Taco, Shady Gators, Coconuts, H-Toads, and more! This complex is just 20 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip by car. The complex offers access to a zero-entry pool with mushroom fountain as well!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
