Welcome to Grand Point Oasis, a luxury lakefront vacation rental designed for unforgettable gatherings at the Lake of the Ozarks. From the moment you enter, breathtaking two-story panoramic lake views set the tone for the ultimate lakeside escape. This spacious retreat blends comfort, elegance, and entertainment â perfect for family reunions, group getaways, and celebration weekends.
The main level features a king master suite with Smart TV and private access to the lakefront deck. The spa-style ensuite includes a double vanity, makeup table, tiled walk-in shower with rain head, and private toilet area. The open living room showcases expansive lake views, a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and dedicated workstation for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, double oven, glass stovetop, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, and gourmet coffee bar. Enjoy bar seating, dining for six, and a screened-in lakefront porch ideal for morning coffee or sunset views. A laundry room and half bath complete this level.
Upstairs, flexible sleeping accommodations make this home ideal for large groups. One bedroom includes two queen beds. A second bedroom features one full bed and a full-over-full bunk with workstation. The open loft offers two triple twin bunk beds, games, beanbags, and a Smart TV â a perfect kidsâ retreat. A full bath with tub/shower combo serves this level.
The lower level is built for entertainment with a private movie theater (80â screen), pool table and bar area, second living room with wet bar and extra refrigerator, plus a queen bedroom with direct hot tub deck access. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo is also located here.
Outside, enjoy multiple deck seating areas, a private hot tub, and million-dollar lake views. Stairs lead to your private shoreline and dock for swimming, fishing, and tying up boats. Note: Dock access is for tying boats alongside only. No interior dock or lift access.
PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. We strictly enforce this policy to protect the quality of our home and the comfort of all future guests. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Violations of this policy will be handled as follows: First offense: You will receive one verbal warning via phone call or message. Continued noise after the warning will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. If a member of our team or local authorities is required to visit the property due to unanswered or unacknowledged contact attempts, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged to your account. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the quality of the guest experience and maintain respectful relationships with our community.
Early Check-In Policy We understand that sometimes you want to start your vacation a little sooner! While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests may contact us at 10:00 AM on the day of arrival to check if early check-in is possible.
