Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles.
• No use of indoor or outdoor fireplace.

• The boat slip will be open and available for guest use. The PWC and PWC lift are the owner's personal property and are not available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras: (1) mounted under the eve of the roof line on the left side of the house and actively monitoring the parking area, (2) mounted under the eve of the roof line on the right side of the house and actively monitoring the parking area, (3) mounted on the railing near the water and actively monitoring the dock.
