The outdoor amenities are just as impressive. A fully fenced yard makes it easy for kids to play freely and safely, while adults can kick back and enjoy the panoramic water views. Grill up the day’s catch and gather around the outdoor picnic table for a laid-back dinner al fresco. Fishing enthusiasts will love the green underwater lights that attract fish after dark and the private kayak launch that makes it a breeze to hit the water. The third bedroom and bath, with kitchenette is located on the ground floor and has outdoor access only to upstairs. If you are traveling with younger children, please keep in mind there is not internal access to the ground floor bedroom and bath.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
