When you want to get out and explore all the area has to offer, some popular attractions include the Fulton Mansion Historic Site, the Texas Maritime Museum, Rockport Beach Park, the Fulton Fishing Pier, and the area's plethora of local eateries, convenience stores, and city parks.

Cozy up and get comfortable amidst the plush sofas in the living room, overlooking a large TV. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen boasts all of the necessities you'll need to prepare delicious dishes.

Sizable and kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning, both of the bedrooms have their own private TVs and soft linens. A private washer/dryer, a collection of board games, and internet access tie together this beauty's amenities.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
