Small on Price, Big on Comfort. No need to sacrifice an amazing stay in Rockport--we are easy on your budget but big on delivering a great experience. You will love the beachy décor in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath coastal jewel. Our kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided.
Just steps away, you will find our relaxing beach-entry pool area, with bathroom on site.
We are a short 5- Min. drive to Fulton/8-10 to RKPT Beach

Our cottage is at north end of Rockport. We are close to Copano Bridge, Goose Island, public boat ramp, Fulton and N. Fulton Beach Road --a great place for a walk. Our neighborhood population consists of short-term rentals and Winter Texans, sprinkled with a few year-round residents. The driveway into the community is lined with mature oak trees and the Private community pool for 26 cottages-rarely full of people, is fenced with safety gate and is right across from the the cottage. Please be careful when exiting the neighborhood--you feed out right onto Highway 35 and the speed limit is 55 mph until you get closer to the airport, where it drops to 45 mph.

Our guest have the entire cottage available. There is a community pool almost directly across from our place. We have a full length front porch with comfortable chairs and 2 tables for dining outside. BBQ is available .
*PLEASE NOTE: There is one assigned parking place for the cottage. Other vehicles will also be parked in front of the cottage especially during the busy season of the year.

Bedding and towels provided. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals and bake. Plenty of dishware--All the comforts of home including TV's in each room! The BBQ grill is available and BBQ tools and foil also onsite. Room to park up to a 21' boat/ trailer in front of/ beside cottage.

The cottage is nestled between mature oak trees with great shade in the evening. In the morning, the sun glimmers from the direction of the bay, over the pool and into the cottage--such a great way to wake up and greet the day. The covered porch looks out to the pool.

The kitchen and living area are open. The space feels perfectly put together. The dining table is on casters so it can easily be pulled away from the wall for family to dine. The kitchen has everything you need including a dual Keurig for making a cup or a whole pot of coffee. The fridge is full size and we have pretty much anything you might need for preparing meals at home. The living room has 2 sofa's--one makes into a bed.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and blinds and curtains which keeps the room cool and dark enough for good sleeping. Bed side tables are in each room along with closet space for storing your items. The master room has the king size bed with a 40" tv.

The bathroom is a classic Jack and Jill with locking doors from each end. The toilet and shower are separate from the vanity area so more than one person can get ready.

*Consumable products left in cottage are enough to get your trip started, but guest is responsible for replenishing after consumables are used up. Example: Toilet Paper, paper towels, coffee pods, trash bags*




Pretty much everywhere is right off of Business Hwy 35 --the main drag.
The scenic route from the cottage is a great little drive. Turn left on N. Fulton Beach Rd. which eventually turns into Broadway--that will take you right into town. You will find several great places to eat and drink on Broadway Street: Charlotte Plummers, Benchwarmers, Moondogs, just to name a few. Also, keep on driving and you will you will find Austin Street (it turns into Austin at the 4/5 way intersection near Wells Fargo (I wish I knew all of this when I first came to town--the adventure is half the fun!) and this is where you will find historic downtown Rockport--complete with boats, beach, museums and shopping.

We supply a handful of coffee pods and a container of ground coffee along with filters; also provided—a few cooking essentials like seasonings, oil, spray, sugar, and SweetnLow.
Washer and dryer available but we do not supply detergent.

Our cottage is under regular maintenance with pest control.
