Located at The Reserve at St. Charles Bay, this gorgeous coastal villa is part of a beautifully landscaped gated community. Goose Island State Park and the bay are in close proximity, so youâll feel surrounded by nature. Your private patio and balcony and perfect places to enjoy the water views. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). Two miles north of your villa is the centuries-old Big Tree, while Rockport Beach is an 11-mile drive away.
Back at home, comfortable furnishings in the main living area allow you to get cozy while you enjoy a movie on the TV. A full suite of stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen ensures you'll have all you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy these dishes at the center island with bar seating, or the quaint dining area. The home also boasts a second-floor living area with a sofa, bean bags, and an additional TV for additional leisure.
Complimentary WiFi keeps everyone plugged in, while other home essentials include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Another perk is the designated trailer parking spot for added convenience.
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
The following are not permitted on-site: boat parking, RVs, weddings, and parties.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
