Superb location!

The location with regard to beach, restaurants, parking, concert hall can’t be beat. We loved the breeze coming through the unit from front windows to back door. It carried the fragrance of the sea. So refreshing! The unit is well furnished and clean. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time staying in this Rockport apartment. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Rockport was beautiful and we enjoyed trying out the nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a great trip.

Front Beach Review

Great location with a nice partial view of Front Beach. Full kitchen, living/dining space were perfect for 2 - 4 people. One of the dining chairs however was wobbly and needs repair. Separate bedroom was comfortable. Full bath was great but the toilet tank needs repair (sometimes the flush sticks and the tank doesn't fill). Also the kitchen cabinets/drawers were cluttered and organization could be much better. Finally there were two rusted beach chairs that we would never have used. Recommend new chairs or don't advertise that there are beach chairs. Overall we loved the location and the apartment and would come back. Thank you.

Perfect Location & Adorable Space

We had a lovely stay and fell in love with Rockport! The property is in absolutely ideal location, steps to the beach and the charming, walkable downtown. We were 2 adults, a young child, and a baby and they space met our needs. They host was very accessible throughout booking and during our stay.

Fantastic spot right by the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at Michele’s property, and could not recommend it more highly. It is located very close to Front Beach and a very close walk to Bearskin Neck and the rest of the town. There is also a lovely view of the ocean from the apartment window. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and everything you need to cook, and there was a fairly well stocked pantry compared to other VRBOs. We managed to find street parking on all days so never had to pay for parking. Michele was very responsive to and helpful with answering my questions about parking and check in/check out. It was the perfect stay for my partner and we would definitely stay here again!

First time in Rockport

What a great condo and location for this our first trip to Rockport and first time using Vrbo. We had a beautiful view of the water and easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. This condo is clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Our host also left a whole book of nearby attractions, menus, and maps. We were concerned about parking but it wasn’t an issue as we always found a parking space close by and overnight parking was a breeze. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Waterfront Cottage

We loved the cottage. The home was stocked with a great amount of necessities!! By far this was the most generous of hosts and we’ve stayed in many many VRBOs. Rockport is adorable and beautiful. We walked all over the cute town checking out the shops and restaurants. Halibut State Park is definitely worth a trip to check out the tide pools. Loved our visit!

This place was cute and compact but didn't feel small or cramped and had everything we could need in a perfect location. It REALLY is steps from the beach and all the shops of Bear Skin Neck. Owner was available and helpful.

Cozy condo with Front Beach view!

Super charming downtown condo with gorgeous view of Front Beach ocean. Very comfortable for 2 or 3 adults, or 2 adults/2 children. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Heat was fantastic and 2 window ac units will keep you cool. Fully furnished kitchen was awesome. The steps to get in the unit (second level) were accessible but be mindful for those with mobility concerns. This was our first rental experience and it did not disappoint. We would definitely come back to Rockport and stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect New England vibe in great location

We loved the feel of this cute place and the location couldn’t be better. We were within an easy walk if all the shops and restaurants on Bearskin Neck and very short drive to Gloucester. Super easy to find and communication from Michele made process very smooth. Loved it!

Best location in the heart of Rockport

We arrived late at night to find the apartment had not been cleaned, so had to wash sheets before we could go to sleep! The owner sent cleaners the next afternoon, but it was a rough start to our stay! Everything you need for a stay, making the best use of a compact space. Easy walking distance to Bearskin Neck, and all the shops and restaurants. Note that very few restaurants were open at beginning of the week, the end of August. Nice view of water between buildings from the livingroom windows.

Cozy getaway

We loved our stay in Rockport! The condo was in a great location- close walk to everything but far enough out it was quiet. The view from the living room was a great bonus and we loved the proximity to the beach. Very clean and we had everything we needed for our week stay. Highly recommend staying here and will book again if we come back to the area.

Perfect location and setting for a relaxing getaway

We enjoyed a nice week of r&r at this apartment in the center of Rockport. Everything you need is walking distance - shops, restaurants, and the beach is just across the street! The property is clean and quaint, and the owner, Michele, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
