For winter sports enthusiasts, Cannonsburg Ski Area is just minutes away. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, and Smart TVs. Relax on the walkout back patio with a propane BBQ grill. Create lasting memories in this ideal retreat!

Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and 2 back patios with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

Biking: Rockford has several bike-friendly routes and trails, including White Pine Trail and Pickett Park. White Pine Trail a turn-of-the-century railroad line is now a linear park, and an area favorite. Visitors can bring their own bikes or rent them from the local bike shop.

fabulous Ski Condo

Thanks so much for a great weekend at Cannonsburg Ski Area. We were so close that we could drive back and forth with our equipment for lunch and dinner! We were comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen fed our party of 13 so well! The two condos were across the hall from each other and easy to get back and forth. The neighbors were friendly and communicated politely their needs for parking.

Quiet Neighborhood

The property is multiple dwellings and we had the whole bottom floor and basement. Easy access between the two dwellings we had. Comfortable furniture and good layout for us to hang out together. We used the property as a home base for an event downtown. It's a little far but not too bad.
