Every single unit has been recently remodeled to create a perfect blend of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store a bit of food or enjoy a snack before you go out to enjoy all that the Oregon Coast has to offer.

Sleep comfortably in our units with the following sleeping arrangements:

Great location for Rockaway Beach

If you are looking for a place that is a short walk to the beach and is affordable, this is the place. A little small, but great for a couple!

Very Tiny

This is an okay stay for one night. The plus side is that it is new inside & clean. Down side: very, very small overall space. Had to use the kitchen sink for “grooming” as the bathroom sink is too small to even brush teeth. The majority of the kitchen cabinets are empty. You will find it very sparse (2 plates, 2 bowls, etc. ). No chair in this unit - only the bed to sit on. No extra blanket for a cold night at the beach. There is a wall heater in the room. Walls are “old” & can hear your neighbors
but if looking for a place to simply stay & sleep, it’s great! Pack a cozy blanket in the fall/winter!

Not as advertised. The kitchen is a counter with sink, old microwave that took forever to heat, and a fridge with a broken handle. There was no table or extra chairs to sit on. The uncomfortable mattress slid when leaning against it to put shoes on and was the only place to sit to eat. Dishes were not totally clean when we arrived. The fresh colors were pretty. I am not petite, but not terribly robust and the bath towel did not wrap all the way around me. It was an awkward stay. We wont be back.

Cute place, about 2 blocks away from the ocean - really easy access to the beach and restaurants downtown. The room we got only had a bed, small bathroom, fridge and microwave, however. The VRBO listing is a little misleading in showing pictures of a separate living room and bedroom - only the rooms with 2 beds have this extra living space. The bed we had was also VERY squeaky, making loud noises every time we moved even a tiny bit. Otherwise though, place was clean and in a great location.
