Oceanfront spacious townhome with amazing unrestricted beach views and direct beach access. This beautiful contemporary 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom luxury home is perched on the sand dunes of Rockaway Beach. This spacious, immaculate and well-appointed Oregon beachfront home boasts 3 ocean-facing decks and 2 city/mountain-facing decks. Home is on the unspoiled Oregon coastline with unrestricted beach views from all the floors.

You're perfectly poised for exploration of the towns of the North Coast, including Manzanita, Cannon Beach, Seaside, and Astoria, not to mention natural areas for hiking, fishing, and water sports. Hop the historic steam engine for a ride to Garibaldi, walk miles of sandy beach, or relax in the comfort of this beautiful home.

Rockaway Beach abounds with activities, but being on the beachfront you'll likely spend a lot of time on the beach. Pack a picnic lunch and head out for an afternoon of combing the shore for sand dollars and sea glass; if you make your way south, you'll come to the famous Twin Rocks, which are located just off the shore and provide an excellent photo-op. On your way back, stroll through downtown Rockaway Beach and browse the local shops before getting a scoop of ice cream to tide you over until dinner. If you feel like exploring farther afield, there are several easy day trips to choose from. Head to Manzanita and go hiking at Nehalem Bay State Park, or check out the visitor's center at the Tillamook Cheese Factory, 15 miles south.

Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house, the free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, three private balconies as well as access to streaming apps on the smart HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and Roku.

Other things to note The house is not managed by a vacation rental company so you can expect more personalized service when staying with us.

The home does not have air conditioning which is normal for this area as the climate stays cool. We have fans for each room.

There are 30 steps in total within the house, 15 steps from the entry to the first floor and then another 15 to the top floor. There are handrails provided to keep guests feeling safe and secure when climbing the stairs.

There is a ring doorbell at the front door which has a video camera.

The unit has a garage that you can park in, but to open the garage you'll need to enter through the front door and then open it. There is ample free on-street parking as well.

Just what we needed

This condo provided a comfortable place to stay for 6 adults for a weekend getaway. Although loading and unloading everything up and down all those stairs was a bit exhausting, after that we got to forget about everything else and just relax. Shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Beach right outside the back door. Beautiful views on every floor. What more can you ask for. We were even accommodated a late check out with little notice. Very nice property manager and property. Would recommend to friends and family.

Somewhat disappointed

We arrived a little confused in finding our lodging. Communication with our property manager was good and very prompt. Upon entering the unit it was revealed that the unit needs some serious update. All the carpet and some tile needs replacement and the baseboards and woodwork repainting. We had the housekeeper return to do some minor cleaning. Two of the rooms had beds that were comfortable, but one was a box springs with a cover that did nothing to hide the uncomfortable springs and the futon was very uncomfortable. We had an enjoyable visit regardless. With the maintenance taken care, a comfortable third bed, and attention to the kitchen utilities, this would be a top notch rental.

Week long stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Oregon Coast. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. One tub didn’t drain at all, the 2nd drained very slow but that was handled quickly. Enjoyed the beautiful view and easy beach access.

Rockaway Beach Townhouse

We enjoyed out stay in the Rockaway Beach townhouse and would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean, well stocked and exactly as pictured on VRBO. The location is beachfront and we found a lovely little beachfront diner very close by. The owner was excellent in all communications and responded very promptly.

Family vacation at the beach.

Enjoyed having evening fire, making s'mores on the beach, and barbequing on the patio, (Grill does need fixing.) Note access to the beach is through the downstairs bedroom and the entrance/exit to the unit passes directly by the bedroom which is without a door to separate it from the passageway. Location on the beach was great but it was a drive for hiking and grocery shopping. Overall we had a fun time and enjoyed great hikes on Lookout and Falcon Capes.

Beautiful ocean sunsets

We were at Rockaway Beach for daughter’s destination wedding. Rockaway Beach Retreat was very clean, had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the sunsets were amazing! If we ever go back to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

The condo was great. You walk out the back door, right to the beach. You get great views, especially from the top floor. The only critique would be the condo was really cold when we got there and it took the heater quite a while to heat up. But that was a relatively minor issue. Overall the condo was well worth it!

Family Wedding

We were in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room for all of us. Great location. Three balconies overlooking the beach - what more could you want? I forgot an expensive charger plugged into the wall and the owner made sure my son was able to get it or she would have mailed it to me. So kind. A great few days. Easy ride to Cannon Beach. Enjoy.

Great Location!

Perfect location.

If you are looking for the perfect location for beachfront rental, look no further. This place is literally stepsnaway from the beach. Indoor garage is a plus! It is also a short walk away to a convenient store, restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd need to cook for your family. The management is very responsive and will address your needs ina timely manner. We will be staying there again.

Great location...near center of town, right on beach, amazing views. Absolutely the best place to see the firework show from the balcony. 3 levels, lots of stairs but also lots of privacy. Top balcony was our favorite place. We lucked out on weather......sunny and warm.
