This breathtaking beachfront escape offers epic views in a fantastic setting that you won't soon forget. The expansive private deck offers the views, seating, and the hot tub where you can enjoy the sights of the ocean waves, soft sand, and the countless wildlife that live up and down the coast.



With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home boasts a spacious layout. The main level features an open kitchen and living area, while the upper level offers a complete kitchen, all accentuated by vaulted ceilings and generous windows that flood the space with natural light. Stay warm and cozy with two gas fireplaces. The primary ensuite is on the main level with a slider out to the deck and hot tub.



Additionally two of the bedrooms over ocean views and decks that are accessible to enjoy them from as well. The property has been elegantly furnished and decorated, completely stocked with all the necessities and located in a quiet section of town with easy access to restaurants and activities.



There is something here to do for everyone. Enjoy each morning and night on the deck or inside overlooking the waves, sights, and sounds of Rockaway Beach. The sunsets are undoubtedly breathtaking. When it is time to warm up, gather around the outdoor fire-pit or relax the worries away in the hot tub on the deck. The Pacific Ocean and endless adventures are just steps away. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

This house was perfect for our girlfriend getaway! It had everything we needed and more! The owners have thought of everything and it’s also the cleanest place I have ever rented!

Plenty of space for our party. House was very clean and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub and fire pits were a nice touch. Note there is no direct beach access. If anyone in your party is less steady on their feet or relies on a mobility aid, go down to 1st Ave by the Chamber of Commerce for easy beach access otherwise you can access it on 7th or 8th Ave.

A beautiful stay!

With picture perfect views and a homey vibe, this was perfect for a family getaway/reunion! There was plenty of space inside to cook and hang out family style with immediate beach access right there! Great spot to see (and photograph) the twin rocks and sunsets, especially in the hot tub on the deck! There’s no wonder we saw a wedding right on the beach during our stay, it was peaceful and gorgeous, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, Thank you iTrip!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great for 5 year old grandson up to 80-year-old grandparents. Bed/bath arrangement worked very well. kitchen worked well for us. But above all, the view is spectacular.

What a beautiful home for our family gathering, we all felt like we were relaxing in a friend’s home. The master bedroom and bathroom downstairs is amazing. This was a perfect house for our family of 6 with everything we could need. It was pouring our whole trip so we spent the time inside enjoying the view or trying the hot tub. Beach access is just a few houses down and would be perfect in nicer weather. We particularly appreciated the toddler friendly elements like the carpeting, safe staircase, and a box full of great toys.

This was the perfect place for a family getaway! The house was very clean, comfortable, so cozy. The kitchen is so well stocked, they had everything we could need including a turkey roasting pan! The view from the house is incredible, so weather your enjoying a winter storm or the sunshine you can't lose! We will definitely be back!!

Reunion of old friends

We enjoyed a lovely stay. A reunion of friends that have known each other for more than 40 years. Relaxing visit. We took longs walks on the beach. Enjoyed meals at the big table. Hot tub and back deck were great. Some beautiful sunsets. Didn't need much else to enjoy time with each other.

Amazing oceanfront home

Had an amazing 2 night stay here. Everything was in excellent shape and super clean. Great layout and spacious. Furniture is updated. No weird smells, everything was fresh smelling. The view is amazing. Beach access is just a few houses down and easy to access in either direction. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a lovely time! The home has an amazing view of the ocean, so rain or shine, we loved the scenery. The house is clean and well stocked with everything we needed, from towels to shampoo to dishes. My parents are losing their mobility, so we appreciated the kitchen, living area, and primary bedroom being accessible on the main floor, in addition to a similar set up on the second floor. Whenever we had a question, the local team was prompt and courteous in their replies. I highly recommend this property!

Rockaway Getaway

Everything was super clean; kitchen was nicely stocked; awesome views and well situated. Can't walk directly onto the beach because of the beach wall but beach access is just a block away. The front yard and the brick pathway from the gate to the porch need care; maybe it was just the end of the season but walkway was slick.
