The Space:

Spacious, modern, and bursting with amenities, this hip and remodeled coastal retreat awaits you and your loved ones. Come stay at this family- and dog-friendly Nedonna Beach vacation rental and enjoy a new bubbling hot tub, a great location just a few blocks from the beach, as well as other modern amenities.



The interior of this serene escape is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style. Light walls, schoolhouse electric lighting, wood floors, and vaulted ceilings lend to a spacious atmosphere.



Just a four-block walk to the beach and situated in the beautiful White Dove Estates at Nedonna Beach, this home is close to the Nehalem River jetty and Manhattan Beach State Park. The Rockaway Beach business district is a little less than three miles south, while shopping and dining in the town of Manzanita is 10 miles north - making it perfect for guests who want the full Oregon Coast experience.



The living room and upstairs loft feature a smart TV, so bring your Netflix, HBO, or Hulu account information for a family movie night. WiFi is available throughout the home if you'd prefer to stream something to your personal device.



Ready to eat? Make a beautiful meal from your local catch or serve waffles in the fully equipped kitchen, bake a pizza, or put together a picnic to take along to the beach. Serve your meals at the eight-person dining room table or grab a seat at the four-person breakfast bar. When you're finished, the dishwasher will take care of cleanup! There's also a gas grill for outdoor cooking.



There's plenty of after-dinner entertainment available in this home. Play records while dancing the night away, or roast s'mores around the private backyard firepit. At night, this home's two bedrooms plus the loft can comfortably sleep eight guests. The downstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the upstairs bedroom offers four twin-size beds, making it great for kids of all ages. A sofabed in the upstairs loft area rounds out the sleeping options. Dogs are also welcome at this home with an additional nightly pet fee (please note there is a 30 lb weight limit).



After a restful night's sleep, make a fresh cup of coffee or tea and take an early morning stroll along Nedonna Beach. The home’s garage is stocked with a washer and dryer along with a beach kit and picnic basket for a gorgeous day at the beach. Keep your eyes out for seals and sand dollars - this is a great spot to find both!



Check out the Jetty Fishery along the Nehalem River, where you can rent equipment to catch everything from salmon to clams. Even if you don't manage to catch anything, you'll find no shortage of delicious local eateries to fall back on in Rockaway Beach, Nehalem, Wheeler, or any of the other nearby towns. Be sure to head south to Tillamook (the cheese factory is a must-see!), and spend an afternoon checking out the quirky souvenir shops in nearby Rockaway.

The house was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be pretty decent by the pictures, but everything was as expected and more. The back yard seemed a little bigger than in the pictures. And it has an overall vacation / beach vibe feel. The neighborhood was one of the surprising things. It is a nice neighborhood with houses that all have similar siding. But like this house, a lot of them seem to be vacation houses. I would say that only 1/3 of them were currently occupied. Which made for quiet neighborhoods. We made use of the hot tub every day we were there, so that was awesome. And the beach is about 4-5 blocks away - easily walkable. And like the neighborhood, the beach was pretty wide open and empty. Overall a great stay that I would do again.

Loved my stay here! Hot tub was great! House was perfect location and quiet. Only complaint was the bedding was stained and there was some food scraps left on the dining table. The pillows need to be replaced in the master bedroom they are very lumpy and flat. Also felt like time for a new mattress. Other than that I would absolutely stay here again. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and lots to see and do around the area! Loved it!

Completely Spoiled

Our overall stay was amazing. The home and amenities were sparkling clean and oh-so-cute! The beach was the best of the 3 beaches we visited. The jetty was decorated with sea stars, urchins, anemones, muscles, and sea gulls. Seals made appearances below. Beachtime led to a rinse in yhe shower, languishing in the hot tub, then snuggling on the super-comfy sofa to watch a movie. Great location! A couple minoe cleaning and maintenance issues were all that kept this from being a perfect score...we left feeling completely spoiled.

Perfect Coastal Getaway

Stayed with my family over Spring Break for a trip to the Oregon Coast. This home was just a couple minutes walk from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home is nicely furnished and clean. My one complaint would be the hot tub which really needs to be cleaned. I also had to look up the codes to try to adjust the temperature out of economy mode since the teens still insisted on getting in. Otherwise, I’d recommend for any family visit to the coast

Fantastic Stay

The house was beautiful, clean, cozy and warm! We loved our stay here. Our only issue was figuring out how to turn the shower on but we did get that figured out our second stay. Thank you for a wonderful and refreshing stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Not the cleanest

The hot tub was gross and the owner just ghosted me when I asked if he could get it cleaned. There was no hammock like in the listing and there was dog hair all over the dishes and kitchen. I liked the location a lot and the fact that it had a fire pit but pretty disappointed in the cleanliness and the lack of communication from the owner.

Nice beach getaway

Overall it was a nice house. Definitely don’t need the heaters turned on in June. Some negatives about the property: all window screens are damaged and let in bugs when left open, the ceiling fan is tilted/unscrewing and only turns on full blast. There’s something needed in the cleaning, however, because there was dust and sand everywhere under the furniture. The one provided small fan was coated in debris on the back. Some positives: the beds are ok, upstairs is nicely set up, and we appreciated the night lights. The location was about 10 minutes walking from a beach access, and the neighborhood was quiet. I think we’d stay here again, but with some improvements first.

Great location

Great location. Right near the beach. Good size kitchen. Lots of sleeping areas, but most is upstairs in a kids loft. The hot tub was dirty, slimy and had a ring around the tub. Backyard was fun with a fire pit. Couldn't make the record player work, the needle doesn't make contact.

Cute home perfect for a girls weekend.

Very cute property with a nice hot tub. The layout was well to suited to a mother/daughter weekend for a small group. The neighborhood you walk through to get to the beach is peaceful and nice, and the dunes and beach in that area are some of my favorite on the coast. We didn't have any interaction with the owners or rental service to review because there was no need. There were no issues at all and the stay was great.
