Guests have full access to the home, garage, patio, and lakefront area. A canoe is provided for lake use (at your own risk). Please note that swimming is not permitted in Spring Lake. The property includes private driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.

No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking or vaping indoors. Life jackets are provided for use in the canoe. The neighborhood is peaceful—please respect local wildlife and neighbors.
