The entry-level features a garage and a comfortable family lounge area, complete with a queen Murphy bed, providing flexible sleeping space for additional guests. Step outside onto the porch to enjoy the fresh coastal air and a side view of the ocean â an ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Second Level:
The second floor includes two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms for added convenience. One of the bedrooms offers access to a private balcony with a hot tub, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. A dedicated laundry area is also located on this level, making extended stays easy and convenient.
Third Level:
The top floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept kitchen and living area designed to maximize natural light and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, counter seating, a bistro-style table for two, and a dining table for six â ideal for shared meals and game nights.

No Pets Allowed: While we love animals, this home must remain pet-free due to the ownersâ significant allergies. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain an allergen-free environment.

Beach chairs and towels are provided for guest use.
A high chair, baby gates, and a Pack-N-Play are included.
Crabbing and clamming equipment is available for guest use.
*Parking*-Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles, with space for one vehicle inside the garage.
**Check-In** Convenient keyless entry with a personalized access code provided before arrival.

Early Departure
If you plan to leave before the 10:00 a.m. check-out time, please notify our customer service team so housekeeping can begin preparations early.
No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). A $750 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
No Professional Photography or Filming
Professional photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval.
Trash & Recycling
Please remove all trash, including food from the refrigerator, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins. Recycling does not require sorting, except for refundable bottles and cans. You may return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.
No Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises and the beach.
Damage Policy
Accidents happenâplease report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly.
The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)
Starter Supplies
We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
Grill Use
If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5â10 feet from the house at all times. Clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, contact Ohana customer service for assistance.
Plumbing
Please flush only toilet paperâno wipes, feminine products, or other items.
