Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this delightful two-story house provides ample room for up to six guests and is pet-friendly for up to two dogs, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the trip. The first floor welcomes you with an open concept living area that features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. This lower level is a haven for entertainment and younger travelers, boasting a video-game-themed game room along with a dedicated kids common area stocked with toys, books, and two cozy twin beds. A convenient bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this floor, providing ease and accessibility for everyone in the group.
The heart of the home resides on the second floor, where vaulted ceilings and an open-concept design seamlessly blend the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils to make meal preparation a breeze, while the dining table comfortably seats six for lively vacation feasts. After dinner, guests can retreat to the large upstairs living area or find rest in one of the two inviting bedrooms, both of which are furnished with queen beds and adorned with plush linens. A second full bathroom on this level offers a classic tub and shower combination to suit all preferences.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the Hazy Days experience. Guests can step out onto the expansive second-story private deck to savor stunning ocean views and enjoy meals grilled on the built-in barbecue. While the backyard serves as a tranquil oasis for lounging, we kindly ask guests to remain mindful of the property boundaries; please pay close attention to the posted signs and markers, as the fire pit located in the back belongs exclusively to the neighbor. Additionally, please note that while there is a hot tub on the property, it is reserved for private use and is not available for guest use.
Located just moments from the pristine sands of Rockaway Beach, this home provides the perfect base for coastal exploration. You can spend your days admiring the iconic Twin Rocks sea stacks or hiking the scenic trails at the nearby Rockaway Big Tree Trailhead.
