Completely remodeled, this home has a sleek modern kitchen with high end appliances, massive windows, and stylish brand new furniture to make you feel like the A list celebrity you are. A dedicated theater and arcade game room offer hours of fun with ample board games, books and streaming your favorite movie or cheer on your favorite team on the big screen with NFL Sunday Ticket with Red Zone.

Soak up the sun on the beach, catch crabs and dig for clams with complimentary nets and clam shovel. Relax on the deck and you might see the Oregon Coast scenic railroad train pass by in the quaint town of Rockaway Beach below you.

LIVING AREA

When you walk in you will be welcomed by incredible panoramic ocean views from the main living area. Spend quality time together enjoying your morning coffee in the breakfast table watching the sun rise over the ocean or sit and relax in the brand new luxury leather seating provided for your comfort.

The second living area has the same ocean views and also sports an extensive board game and book collection -- enjoy a game night around the rounded leather seating and industrial modern decor. Two arcade games are offered for your gaming excitement after a n ie day at the beach. A desk by the window offers a convenient workspace with a view, and a wood-burning fireplace adds allure.

Lean back and enjoy your family movie night from the four new leather recliners in the dedicated movie theater with a HD movie projector and 120 inch movie screen.

Be a shark at playing on the Brunswick pool table in the dedicated billiard room while watching the ocean views. Outside, the fun awaits you with some competitive cornhole.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances including a spacious Subzero fridge and brand-new pots, pans, and dinnerware. Serve appetizers at the incredible island bar for 8. The dining table extends to seat up to 8-10 comfortably, while a custom live edge large table that seats up to 12, is found on the outdoor deck.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 25 guests in six bedrooms including five dreamy master suites. Every bedroom offers breath taking panoramic ocean views, floor to ceiling windows, brand-new memory foam mattresses, new linens and plenty of room to stretch out enjoying comfort of your bed after a long day at the beach.

The primary master suite is completely remodeled and has a king bed, a sleep sofa, LED TV and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower with room for two and a bath tub. A second master suite has a king bed, a sleep sofa, LED TV and an en-suite bath. Third master suite has king bed and a sleep sofa while the fourth master suite has a queen bed and sleep sofa. The adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. A spacious kids bedroom has three twin-over-twin bunks and a leather sleep sofa for the fun sleepovers. The theater room has a leather sleep sofa and two power reclining leather seats.

Located in a separate in-law apartment on the property, the fifth master suite has a king bed, a twin bunk bed, LED TV and an en-suite bath with a shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather on the deck to rest in the shade, grill meals on a gas grill, or soak in the hot tub. Relax around the outdoor fireplace. Sip coffee on the two upper balconies. The main deck has a dining table, fireplace, hot tub and cornhole. Free admission to your own movie theater and gaming area.

Catch your own meal with complimentary crab traps and clam shovel. Enjoy complimentary access to a public lake stocked with fish annually. Bring your own fishing gear.

It was wonderful for our family of 21 to all stay in the same house. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out and be together but also places for us to have our own space. The host communicated well. The beach was beautiful as well!

IBB Beach Mansion was the perfect venue for a family celebration of dad's 90th birthday. The million dollar ocean view is everywhere! Plenty of space to spread out, comfy rooms, impressive decks, and relaxing hot tub to unwind. The modern kitchen is well stocked and big enough for multiple chefs and peanut gallery. Small touches like the coffee bar turned out to be surprisingly popular. We'll be back!

Family getaway

IBB Mansion has a lovely view and accommodated our family very well. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed….including a digital meat thermometer! :-) Kids enjoyed the hot tub and media room. Jen was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions we had.

Perfect holiday getaway

We stayed at the IBB mansion for a holiday gathering and absolutely loved it. Jen was very communicative and provided everything we needed for our large group. Everyone had their own space with plenty of common areas to gather together. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for coming together for shared meals. We can’t wait for the next time we stay!

A wonderful retreat

This property is very spacious and has a fabulous view. The kitchen is well stocked with any kitchen item you would ever need. The place is clean and everything is in good working order. What a treat to have a theater! This place was perfect for our women’s retreat, but it would also be great for families. Another super feature was the friendliness and accessibility of owner Jen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our 10 year wedding anniversary! We had a large group with us to celebrate and everyone had an perfect time. We played pool, sang karaoke in the theater room, sat by the fire pit and enjoyed a sunset hot tub dip. We could not have asked for a better location to be with our loved ones! Thank you!

Amazing view and large enough for a big family.

Our family of 22 had so much fun at this house! We could eat together and play games and hang out. It is a pretty steep walk to the beach but a short drive. The runners in our family did run to the beach and back. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped for everything you want to do. The house was clean. The owner messaged me every day just to check.

Getaway for friends and family

Location and property were great. Lots of room and space for our group. This listing had everything. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms lots of utensils, spices, and amenities like towels, sheets, pillows. Having multiple kitchens was great. We really had a ball. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is that the property is on the older side. Other than that it was awesome.

Unbelievable View!

We had an amazing time at the IBB Mansion in Rockaway Beach, OR. Our event was a corporate retreat for my small business. Everyone had a wonderful time. The property was so comfortable for our group of 16 and there was something to do for everyone. It is a beautiful walk to the beach, there's a huge and well-stocked kitchen for meals, multiple decks for taking in the amazing views, and so much bright light!! It's the ideal property for large groups. Thank you so much for a very memorable vacation!

Wonderful stay, amazing host

This is a perfect house for a large group! So many places to relax without feeling like you’re in anyone’s way. We appreciated having multiple ensuites so each family could have their own bathrooms and yhe bunk bed room was great for all the kids to stay in. We enjoyed the movie theater room, pool table and especially the view from the top floor. The host was very responsive from booking to check-in and even post-checkout. We left something behind and they were very helpful in searching for it and even mailing it back to us! We are so grateful! They are the perfect hosts and we will absolutely be looking to stay at one of their properties the next time we’re booking a getaway. Thanks for the wonderful stay at the coast!

Such a Cool Place

Jen's house is truly stunning. We hosted our long wedding weekend there, and everyone remarked on how incredible the house was. We were able to comfortably sleep 19 adults - 8 of which were in bunks and one on a pull out couch. I wouldn't rely on the futons, many of which are in bedrooms which are best meant for couples. The kitchen is huge and well stocked, though the oven is quite small. Jen was an incredibly helpful and flexible host. She did everything in her power to make our wedding weekend as easy as possible. She answered all the questions we had leading up to our stay, and offered helpful suggestions when appropriate. Please stay here!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation on the Oregon coast. The weather was sunny and perfect. The home provided everything we needed and the views were amazing! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking necessities, and the hot tub was a hit. Movie room was cool and the kids enjoyed playing pool and arcade games. The communication with owners was good and they kindly left a couple of complimentary surprises—-Thank you. We would have liked a heads up on the adjusted check in and out times, it may have changed our travel plans had we known earlier. Other than that, everything went well and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Illbeback! Sunny skies, king tides and sand dollars….we’ll be back!

Great Family Gathering at an Amazing Property

This property exceeded all expectations. This multi-level property comfortably accommodated 22 adults and one toddler for five days. Whether we were cooking in the main kitchen (yes, there is more than one) or enjoying our meals inside or on the deck, chatting around the fire pit or soaking in the spa, we were dazzled by the ocean views from sunrise to sunset. I've stayed in places where the basics (dishes, pots/pans, silverware, etc) barely got you through a meal. This home was well stocked with all the necessities as well as puzzles, games, and books. We enjoyed a movie night in the theater room and a few games of pool and corn hole. There are just too many amenities to list. Jen, the Host, was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. She even checked in to make sure all was going well. Wish we had a few more days to take advantage of more of the sites and activities. This place was so special, I'd almost consider hosting another large gathering!

House on the rocks

The house is huge; there was plenty of room for our group of 15. And, the view is amazing. It also seems a bit dated. Kitchen and baths have been updated, but other rooms appear to be 80/90s vintage. Kids loved it. We used pretty much all of the amenities... theater room, billiard room, fire pit, hot tub, deck and grill. The kites were a nice touch. Noticed the kayaks in the garage, but didn't use them. Bath towels were small...would really prefer thicker/larger. Beds were comfortable. The grille needs to be replaced; the lid was broken and it doesn't get very hot. We paid a premium price; wouldn't stay again for the same rate. That said, the grandkids thought it was great. So, thanks for opening your home to us! We made memories there that will last a lifetime!

Beautiful home. "We'll be back"

The owner/host (Jen) was a delight to work with and we look forward to a return stay. Lovely home. Thoughtful warm guest stay touches throughout the home. The view is everything you would expect from pics. Awesome outdoor deck space. Newly furnished quality home! Very comfortable. Quality beds and bedding. Awesome kitchen! More than adequate living spaces. Multiple floors. We enjoyed the fresh air and quality windows and screens at the beach house. Owners really committed to a renters stay. They will make little inventory adjustments as the home fully comes together. Garages not available for our rental, but will for future renters. Parking could be a challenge should you stay or host the 20-25 guest limit. With garages, could park more than 5 autos. We really enjoyed this home and interacting with Jen was a pleasure. Beautiful large gathering home worthy of the price point! Can't wait till our next stay! We'll be back!! Thank you, Jen!
