Located directly on Manhattan Beach and a little over a mile north of Rockaway Beach proper, you'll be a short drive from dining options, unique antique stores, and state parks filled with hiking and biking trails. Crescent Lake is within easy walking distance, making it ideal for fishing, crabbing, boating, and other recreational activities.

Spacious clean updated condo. Enjoyed having attached bathrooms to each bedroom. Nice view of northern beach. We had to go out on the beach to actually view the sunset. Easy beach access. Unfortunately the patio door was broken and we couldn’t use the deck. Fridge ice and water did not work. Fan remote battery needed replacing. Couldn’t use either room fan. It was a very nice condo and we had a great time. Would stay again.

The outside of the condos look a little rough! Windows are very dirty and the sign outside The front door needs to be cleaned off. Bath towels need replaced stained and thin. Other than that amazing stay!! Had everything we needed and more. Easy easy walk to the beach. Thank you we enjoyed our stay. And will be back!

A beautiful condo with stunning views. Well outfitted kitchen! Spacious, quiet, and on the verge of the state park making is extra private. Hot tub was out of order. Elevators didn't work. But this is the ocean! It's a tough environment for such stuff. Loved our stay at Rockaway.

We loved how close we were to the beach and each night we took the short walk with the beach chairs provided to sit and watch the sunset. The condo itself had a fun beach theme and the main area felt spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. There were a few negatives things about the condo unfortunately. The hot tub was not very hot and other guests left the covers off so all warmth was gone. The hot tub was the main reason we chose this complex so that was a disappointment. The cleanliness of the condo needs some improvement. Upon first glance it looked good but upon further inspection we found some issue. Hair on the wall of the shower and long hairs in the bed sheets that clearly weren’t ours so I ended up washing the sheets just to make sure they were clean. When we moved the ottoman the floors were clearly unswept. The bathroom mirror in the main bedroom were smeared with the chemicals they tried to clean them with. I don’t feel like I am super picky but it was enough that I felt like I should comment. I feel like someone was clearly cutting some corners while cleaning.

Nice place - I’d return

Checked out 15 mins ago - it’s a nice place I’ll be back! Downside- elevator was broken, so that may be an access issue for some. And the unit’s door lock was crazy old school. But it was great views, clean, comfy, and close to the beach!

Lovely, updated condo on a very private beach!

We love this condo complex in Rockaway. This particular unit is updated with laminate flooring (SO much better than the carpet in some of the other units). Everything was very clean, and overall, well stocked (though no tinfoil or saran wrap, so bring your own). There is a lovely view of the beach, which is one of the more private beaches we have been to on the coast. Overall, this is a fantastic property in a lovely complex. 5 stars!

Beautiful condo, right off the beach

Excellent property, everything new and worked very well. Comfy bed, awesome shower and bathtub. Two different patios. We didn't use the hot tub, but wanted to since it was cold, but the radiant heat in the condo, plus the space heaters, kept us nice and warm. Just steps to the beach. We enjoyed our time very much!

This condo provided a great home base for a week at the beach with my family and our dog. Located only a 2 minute walk to the beach, we were able to enjoy the sunset every night and explore other nearby areas and towns. The condo itself could use some attention. The dishwasher needed repairs and the parking and hot tub areas were less than clean.

Wonderful!

My daughter and I spent a weekend with our two dogs that are sisters. We loved how well equipped and comfortable the condo was. The view out to the sea was incredible! We would love to go back!

Beautiful beach location

The apartment had lots of nice amenities, dishwasher liquid & new sponge, pots & pans. Loved the big tub! Well-used apartment, mattresses need to be replaced, but cannot beat the location. We loved having a fire on the beach!

Nice location and nice condo

The only downside to our stay was the front door lock system is very hard to use, getting the key from the lock box was easy enough but you really have to fight with the key to get the door open. One other problem was two of the coffee cups get extremely hot when put in the microwave and I burned my finger taking the mug out to the point of it blistering and peeling my skin off, so a second degree burn. The bottom of the mugs say they get very hot in the microwave but I didn't read the mug before I used it. I've never had this happen before, they should probably be removed from the property to avoid future injury. Otherwise nice location, clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with.

Suggestions

The views are spectacular. Easy access to the ocean. Very roomy. Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Rooms and beds comfortable. It would have been nice to be told that the elevator was not in use. We wasted time trying to get a key. The instructions state that if you cannot connect to the internet to unplug the router and plug back in. We spent time looking for the router. Maybe label it? Also it would take a screwdriver to get to the plug so someone might rip it off the wall. Overall a wonderful place to stay!
