Thoughtfully refreshed with recent updates, this welcoming four-bedroom home comfortably hosts up to eight guests and was made for memorable family vacations, couples traveling together, fishing trips, hiking weekends, girls' getaways, and beach escapes with friends.



Spend your mornings walking the shoreline in search of agates and seashells, afternoons exploring scenic hiking trails, kayaking, crabbing, clamming, or fishing nearby, and evenings gathered together as cool ocean breezes drift through the trees. Whether you're here for whale watching, winter storm watching, the Rockaway Beach Kite Festival, or simply to slow down and reconnect, every season offers something unforgettable.



Inside, the spacious layout makes it easy to be together while still finding your own quiet corner. The well-equipped kitchen and adjoining wet bar create the perfect setting for everything from casual breakfasts to seafood feasts after a day exploring the coast. THINGS TO KNOW

Beach Access: A private path from the backyard leads to the beach - approximately a 3-minute walk.

Explore the Area: Twin Rocks, Barview Jetty, downtown Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi, the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, and Tillamook Creamery are all nearby.

No A/C:Like many Oregon Coast homes, this home does not have air conditioning. Open the windows to enjoy the cool coastal breeze.

Jetted Tub: The primary bathroom tub is available for soaking; the jetted feature is currently unavailable.

Streaming Services: Smart TVs are available throughout the home. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts; please remember to log out before departure.

Forest Setting: Surrounded by coastal forest, please use caution with anything that could create a fire and always observe local burn bans or fire restrictions.

Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours between 10PM to 8AM, parking only in designated spaces, and keeping outdoor noise to a minimum.

Wonderful Stay

The house was lovely and well equipped. It was a great place to celebrate Christmas with out of town family. There were things close by to see and do and then return to the warmth and coziness of the fireplace.

This place had more inclusions than most. Everything for laundry, dishes, cooking, the beach etc was stocked for us. Having 4 bathrooms was great. It was comfortable and cozy and accommodated our group of 5 perfectly.

Beautiful home close to beach

The House is just as depicted in listing. Short walk to the beach, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, unique floorplan. Something to note: there is no outdoor bbq grill. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful and peaceful. Loved the private beach, not many people at all and had the beach to ourselves most of the time. The beds are comfortable, the appliances are updated. We spent alot of time away from the house too. We spent over a week in the house. Felt like home to us. Absolutely a wonderful place.

Nice stay at Rockaway Beach

This is our new favorite place to stay in this part of the Oregon coast. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has great amenities. The walk to the beach is as easy as advertised and pretty - like taking a short walk in the forest. We had fun in the kitchen, which is state-of-the-art. We were all adults, but this house would be good for families with children. One of the bedrooms is even themed for kids.

Family week at beach

Very clean and nicely appointed. Just two minute walk to beach. Plenty of room and great kitchen. Kids loved the spa tub. On demand water heater works great. Probably only negative was very steep driveway, but if you park next to driveway it's easy to load/unload. Called about faulty toilet and lack of paper towels and response was immediate. Great service. Had a very enjoyable relaxed time.

It was warm, cozy beautifully decorated and every pot pan, cooking utensil and dish we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal was available in the kitchen. It is just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house is spacious with plenty of space to be together or apart. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms spacious and clean. We wished we could stay longer and will definitely come back!

Fantastic house in a great location

This is a well appointed, nicely furnished, large house in a lovely setting just a short walk to the beach. Our family was very comfortable here. The kitchen has everything needed, there are spaces to spend time together and also lots of space to spread out. Children will enjoy the kids bedroom and it’s nice there is a television in that room. I would only suggest adding a TV to the downstairs bedroom. The beach is a five minute walk down a pathway directly from the backyard of the house - very convenient. No complaints, everything was excellent. I will rent this house again.

Lovely home close to the beach

The house was exactly as depicted in the photos. We ended up extending our stay because we liked the house and beach so much. The two full bathrooms on the second floor and the shower off the mud room downstairs make it easy for a multigenerational family. Both decks are covered and expand the common area to the outside. I'm not sure if I'd consider this house if you have toddlers that climb. The loft on the second floor was great for our kids, but would have stressed me out when they were little. The beach is a straight shot from the back door and is only 2 minutes away. We rarely saw anyone on the beach and loved watching the sunset over the ocean every night.
