The spacious floor plan is perfect for multiple families, a large family, or an extended family vacationing together! With upscale amenities and furnishings, the home has everything you will need to enjoy an extended vacation stay or a simple weekend getaway from the city.


The open-concept main level of the home is where you will find a large, very well-supplied kitchen (has everything you will need including toaster, coffee pot/filters and your first morning coffee, Instapot, crock pot, blender, cooking/baking dishes, utensils, salt/pepper, spices, canola oil, and more), great room, master suite, laundry room, and half bath. Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops grace the well-appointed kitchen. Seating for 6 at the main dining table is augmented by three stools at the bar. The living room includes comfortable seating and a large flat-panel TV. The master suite has a King bed, door to the outside patio, and private bathroom with tub/shower combo.


The excellent outdoor living space accessible from the great room and master suite includes a covered patio, fire pit table, BBQ, and dining table in the fenced backyard. Sit on the back porch for your morning coffee or evening cocktail while firing up the gas Grill.


Upstairs boasts an open loft area perfect for the young guests; the loft is complete with a play area that includes many toys and more! It’s a true sleepover with a twin-size bunk bed and a toddler-sized bed. The second bedroom is accessed off the loft and includes a queen bed. The loft also has a full bathroom.


Across the short breezeway from the loft is a full Studio Suite with a queen bed, TV, couch, full bathroom, closet, dining table, and kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot), topped off by a lake view.


So much fun to be had at the Water Lover’s Paradise, whether it’s hanging out in the backyard, playing games at the large dining room table, watching movies on the large TV, playing in the lake, or hanging out/walking the beach. The house is dog friendly for dogs that are house friendly. Up to two pups for the per-stay pet fee. The fenced backyard is perfect for the Pups.


Amenities like WiFi, TV, Blu-Ray/DVD players, and a Wii are available for entertainment (there are a few DVDs and Wii games onsite, but if you have favorite movies or Wii games, bring them!)


Not only does the community have 2 docks on the lake (one just steps from the house), it also includes a pavilion on the lake with BBQ that can be used for your group outing.

We live in Rockaway and spend a lot of time crabbing and fishing during the Summer/Fall, so who knows you might just get fresh crab delivered out of the blue. We are happy to recommend activities, fishing charters, etc. in the area.

There is parking for 3 cars, but if you have additional cars or a boat that you need to park, contact us. We have a safe space you can park an additional car(s) or a boat about 1.5 miles from the house.
