Tout est flambant neuf Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur dans cette 3 chambre luxueuse, 2 salles de bain bungalow. FacilitĂ© de vie au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et commoditĂ© et accessibilitĂ©. EntiĂšrement sous licence par comtĂ© Olmsted comme un court terme mĂ©dical Stay Appartement, la Maison Kathy est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur un cul-de-sac Ă  seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville, St. Mary et la marche / vĂ©lo la distance Ă  de nombreux commerces et restaurants des Ă©tablissements. RĂšgles de la maison:

- Six personnes au maximum avec un 25 $ / personne / nuit pour plus de trois invités.
temps -plutĂŽt 22h00-Ă -8:00.
- Ne pas fumer, la combustion de bougies ou de l'encens dans la maison ou dans le garage.
- Pas d'animaux Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison (mĂȘme pour une courte visite).
- Gardez la maison propre et ordonnée pendant votre séjour.
- Aucune modification autorisée comme la peinture, la pendaison images / miroirs ou de réorganiser les meubles, etc.
- Ne pas retirer les articles, mobilier, serviettes, etc. de la maison (sauf pour la porte de garage télécommande). Il y aura 100 $ de frais pour une commande à distance non-retourné garage.
- Ne pas porter des talons sur le plancher de bois franc.
- Informer immédiatement l'hÎte de fuites d'eau, en cours d'exécution des toilettes, les déversements qui pourraient tacher ou d'autres conditions graves qui se posent sur la propriété pendant votre séjour.

The perfect „Zen“ place during a stormy week!

Unfortunately my family’s visit here happened to be at an unprecedented stormy week in Rochester. The beautiful and very cozy space located on a quiet culdesac also proofed to be a safe place and offered all the comfort to make my family’s visit enjoyable! Excellent Property Close to Mayo Clinic

I would highly recommend this wonderful home for anyone who will be visiting the Mayo Clinic as it is literally a 3 minute drive to the campus and back. It was so nice to be able to come back to a quiet home between and after appts and not be cramped in a hotel room, but be able to take time apart to think or be together and enjoy the scenery. The property is close to restaurants and shopping or you can prepare meals in the beautiful kitchen that is well stocked for your needs. Relaxing in front of the fireplaces was a huge plus and sitting in the lovely sunroom was amazing! I can’t say enough about Shawn and Shelly, as they wanted to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We knew if we had any questions or had any trouble we could reach out to them and when you’re away from home for an unsettling reason, that’s huge! If we venture north again, I hope we’re able to book the Kathy House again! Thank you!!!

Lovely Home

Beautiful, clean home in quiet neighborhood. Literally minutes away from everything you may need. Ye Olde Butcher, Caribou Coffee, Apache Mall and Nothing Bundt Cakes were our favorites in addition to an absolutely amazing Italian restaurant, Terza, that we dined at twice. The homeowners were incredibly helpful. No matter your reason for visiting Rochester do not hesitate to book The Kathy House. You will be happy you did.

Rochester for the 4th

We stayed in this wonderful property for the week of 4th of July while visiting our son who lives in the local area. It was a great home base to relax and visit. Temperatures were a little warmer than expected during the week but we had no issues due to the central a/c. The property is very quite, has been meticulously upgraded and includes everything you need for a great stay. Most notable was the cleanliness of the property, which I would imagine is a necessity for others who may be visiting or staying due to the clinic. We would stay again if the owners will have us! I cannot recommend highly enough for anyone visiting Rochester.

So refreshing!

The house was wonderful! SO much better than being in a hotel for a week and a half while my mom was at Mayo for a heart procedure. We had plenty of room for family to visit, rest, eat lunch, cook dinner, etc. Love that we had two bathrooms and access to laundry. Lovely sunroom and outdoor space as well. We enjoyed being able to use the grill. House is clean and has a wonderful stock of amenities and supplies. TVs and family rooms upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. Perfect place to stay. If we ever have to be back at Mayo Clinic or have an event in Rochester we will be staying here again!

Great home as described.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the sunroom watching the squirrels, rabbits and chipmunks frolicking in the backyard. Comfortable beds, great shower, nicely stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Host answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.

Like many others staying in Rochester, we were there for Mayo. Shawn’s place removed a few stressors and made the day-to-day routine easier. The home is well-appointed in every way— no details were spared in conveniences and comforts. If there were six stars, we’d leave them!

Excellent and Amazingly Clean Place! Definitely planning to visit again!

Thanks Shawn and Shelly for hosting us. We are very familiar with Rochester as we had lived in the town for over 20 years and recently moved out due to remote work option. I visited with my family for 7 days for work related trip. The location of this property is very good, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, within 5-7 minutes from Mayo Clinic. The house was amazingly clean. Utensils, furniture and mattress etc. were all of good quality. I loved the partitioning of the house. Shawn and Shelly were great hosts and responded to all our questions pretty much instantly! We will be visiting Rochester in the future on a regular basis and definitely plan to stay in this property! Thank you. Jay

Perfect

We stayed at The Kathy House for seven nights while my husband had tests and surgery at Mayo Clinic. The house was perfect in so many ways! 1. Check-in was seamless 2. Extremely clean 3. Room to spread out with WiFi and Smart TV's 4. Less than 10 minutes from Mayo 5. Great communication with host 6. Well stocked kitchen 7. Attached garage We will definintely stay again!

Best accomodations for trip to Mayo Clinic

Every aspect of the house exceeded expectations. We had a 7 day stay for extended testing at Mayo and couldn’t of made it in a cramped hotel. There was plenty or room to continue working from afar plus the kitchen made the meals so much better then having to eat out for a week straight. Highly recommend!

The home was thoroughly enjoyable. The owner/host thought of everything to make our stay perfect. So many wonderful thoughtful amenities...like charging stations for cell phones, etc. in various locations in the house. The downstairs "den" is a dream for reclining and watching the large TV in front of the digital fireplace.

Kathy House is an Excellent long stay accommodation. Convenient to Mayo Clinic and St Mary’s Hospital. The Hosts have thoughtfully included amenities to ensure home away from home comforts. This house has been beautifully remodeled. As a home chef, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with useful wares. Our hosts were wonderful, and great communications. During our stay, Mother Nature was not kind
.snow removal was necessary and taken care of. Thank you!

Excellent stay in Rochester

We felt so fortunate to have the chance to stay in Shawn and Shelly's lovely home. We needed to have easy access to Mayo all week for our infant son's appointments, and not only was it convenient, but we looked forward to coming 'home' to relax afterward. Wonderful Home/Wonderful Hosts

We have stayed here twice and have it booked again while I am back at Mayo Clinic. It's the perfect home away for us. Very clean, well furnished, well stocked kitchen, and Shawn and Shelly are the best hosts ever! So comfortable, great inside and outside areas. Configured well for privacy and quiet when needed. This house is amazing. After going to and from the Mayo Clinic everyday with doctors appointments, it was nice to come home to a well kept luxury cozy home. The owners are accessible should you have any questions.

This home was beautiful and it was noticeable how much care was taken in setting up this home so that it had everything you needed. Love the Kathy House

The house is lovely with every amenity and a chef kitchen. In winter, the garage and snow removal are wonderful bonuses. Comfortable beds make for a good night's sleep. Our home away from home in Rochester.
