Villa Norma is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps six people. From Villa Norma you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the Montemassi Castle. Villa Norma is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Ribolla, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles) and the bus stop at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet). You will reach Villa Norma from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Norma we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. Please note that access to Villa Norma is along a 200-meters (660 feets) narrow unpaved road.
Villa Norma is tended by a caretaker.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 2.20 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley and of the Montemassi Castle. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by awnings. It is equipped with armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the valley.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through four French doors. The room also has a glass wall. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. The ceiling of the kitchen is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk.
