Apartment in the center of the characteristic pueblo of Rocca Pietore a few km from Sottoguda, a town recognized as one of the most beautiful pueblos in Italy.

THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house a stone's throw from the square of Rocca Pietore. Ofrezca a kitchen equipped with:
- stamp
- coffee machine
- microwave
- dishwasher.

There is a relaxation area with sofa and TV.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with flat beds. In the apartment there is a new bathroom with shower and a small service terrace
Leaving the apartment on the landing, the house has a second private bathroom with small tub and washing machine.
The municipal car park is 70 meters from the house.
Please note the apartment has a fourth bedroom which is for the owners personal use. It is therefore closed and cannot be accessed.

THE POSITION

The Lèch di Giai, a natural alpine lake, is the destination of one of the best panoramic treks in the area and ahí the legend of Eivane.
