Matilda is a relaxed beachside escape offering a comfortable stay in a fantastic Long Beach location. With the beach just a short stroll away, guests can enjoy easy access to swimming, walking trails, and the scenic coastal path into Robe township.

The home features a warm and inviting living space with a fireplace for winter stays, and opens up in summer to capture the fresh sea breeze. The outdoor area and backyard provide plenty of space for children to play, including backyard cricket and use of the trampoline.

A second living area with a sofa bed is available, providing additional space for families or last-minute guests.

Robe Holiday Rentals and the property owner take no liability for any injury caused by misuse of the trampoline. Only one child permitted at a time. No shoes to be worn. Net must remain zipped closed at all times.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed - sorry no top bunks will be made). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
