Chula Vista is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. Guests will be provided with our local phone numbers and will be available via phone, text, as well as messaging. Our office, located on the main road in West Bay, just a few minutes from the house is open Monday - Friday 8-4 and Saturdays 8-12. Chula Vista is located in Gran Keyhole, a small private neighbourhood on the South Shore of West Bay, across the road from the Black Iguana Golf course.

From it's perch in the hills overlooking the South shore of West Bay, Chula Vista offers a private paradise of stunning Caribbean Sea and jungle views. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and mature gardens, the exterior spaces of the villa are extensive and offer plenty of room to relax in the peace and quiet or gather togeher and socialise. With the trade winds often blowing, the sea breezes flowing through Chula Vista make it comfortable to enjoy the home without air conditioing if you prefer natural wind to AC.
You will find it hard to leave the pool deck where you can enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water listening to the abundant birds. In the afternoons, have a dip and cool off with a cocktail or lazeby the pool with a good book. The large BBQ grill is perfect to cook up the catch of the day.
The kitchen has been described as "spectacular" and "better than my kitchen at home" on more than one occasion. It is well stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, pots & pans and utensils. It has plenty of counter space, extra sinks, professional range and large pantry with fridge.Â
With 3 separate bedrooms, the house is perfect for 3 couples or families with older children (note the separate sleeping areas). Each bedroom suite has it own bathroom a separate entry offering privacy and space for all. The downstairs twin bedroom can be set up as a king bed for couples.Â
We recommend a rental car for ease of getting around, West Bay is a 3-minute drive and West End 10 minutes by car. However, if you love to walk, the stroll to West Bay Beach is under 15 minutes.Â
