Manager was very nice, the AC on the original room didnât work and he changed us to a nicer room after complaining twice. The Nature View room did not have a balcony, as shown in the pictures. It was a very small room.
However the second room we were given was very nice with a lot of space and ocean views and a lot more comfortable. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
The Beach Club was also very nice although a little far from the rooms.
The hotel restaurant Azul disappointed us, we had been there a couple years back and it used to be a lot better.
We also had some issues while coordinating the transportation to and from the airport.
Donât expect 5-star quality amenities like extra towels or room service.
Location is good, the beach is not that nice but you are just a quick water taxi ride to West Bay or West End. The good thing is that this beach is not as crowded. It is surrounded by other boutique hotels and some of the nicer restaurants in the island.
Overall it is a nice and quiet hotel but only worth it if you get one of the larger rooms.
