The Space:

You are renting a remodeled historic home with two unique, private apartments. Each themed differently with relevance to the Roanoke area & its' history. Updated from top to bottom, you will have the modern comforts of wi-fi, smart TV, new appliances & keyless access all with the historic charm this 1930s home effortlessly boasts. A door inside the house separates the rooms and can be unlocked to allow easy movement between the suites.

We have designed entry so that contact is not necessary. You will be provided with a secure keypad code. If you would like to meet the host on site, we are more than happy to arrange doing so. Otherwise, feel free to access the unit at your own leisure.

The greenway is located one block away connecting to Downtown as well as the Mill Mountain trail system providing options for both transportation and recreation.
