The space
You’ll love the rustic feel of the property with modern amenities. The pretty kitchen convenieis fully stocked with all the conveniences you’ll need. Retreat to the large primary king bedroom and adjoining luxury spa bathroom on the main level, after a long day of exploring. There are 2 living areas, one for great conversation for 6, the other to watch a movie on cable or the Roku TV channels. Bring your passwords to your streaming accounts so you can enjoy them here. Second bath & 3 bedrooms are on top level. All beds are brand new Canadian made memory foam, with silky soft sheets. All bedding is new, freshly laundered and aired. We have a professional cleaner who is versed in all the updated cleaning protocols, and the washer and dryer have antibacterial settings for those guests with sensitivities. We are equipped for infants as well.

The whole family will enjoy many onsite activities like outdoor fires while watching the kids having fun sledding down the hill, they will be exhausted, outdoor warmer weather games, board game nights, river watching and BBQ’s from the large deck with attached gazebo.

You will be able to access the entire main and 2nd floors. Basement is off limits for safety.

NEW! We now have a Nordic Spa on our property next door. Just a 2 minute walk to the cedar hot tub and cold plunge, plus the large cedar sauna with a changing room attached. The area is fenced in for privacy for you and you party. Each group will be able to rent the spa for a 2 hour period. Guests from the farmhouse will receive special pricing. Please ask your host for the details.

Host will be available by messaging on the Airbnb site. Please let us know if you need anything or can not find it.

We are 5 minutes away from the entrance to the Kouchibouguac National Park. You can rent fat bikes, canoes and go to Kelly`s Beach in the spring and summer. You can also rent fat bikes in the winter, cross country ski, walk the beautiful trails which is spectacular at night, no light pollution. There are several warm up buildings with a cozy wood stove to get warm in. There are many ATV and snow mobile trails all around us. Tennis courts are nearby as well. The local winery is 10 minutes away. There are 3 golf courses from 10 - 30 minutes away. Saint-Louis has amazing history. It hosts the largest Acadian Flag in the world.

There is no local transit system in Saint-Louis.

If you forget something, we have tried to cover it for you, lots of toiletries for ladies and gents, as well as the little ones. The new portable playpen/changing station. BBQ type and a few other cooking condiments, spices, olive oil, fresh coffee beans, regular and decaf and a variety of teas.
Only family type events are allowed, birthday, anniversary, Christmas parties. No bachelor parties. This is a family friendly neighborhood. Quiet time is 11 pm.
If you have a small group for another type of event, please contact me and we can discuss the details, an extra damage deposit may be required.
If the towels, kitchen cloths or linens are stained, please put shout on them and place in the washing machine. This helps make sure they are stain free for the next guests. Shout is located next to the cupboard over the washer and dryer.
