Villa Ambra is located near Ripatransone in the southern area of Le Marche, in the province of Ascoli Piceno.
The beautiful beaches of Grottammare are just a 10-minute drive away, with long stretches of fine sand bordered by bicycle paths and framed by a charming seafront promenade lined with palm and pine trees. It's the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy a tasty break in the many chalets and restaurants overlooking the sea.
Further south are the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto, one of the most popular seaside resorts in southern Le Marche, famous for its tree-lined promenade, marina, and the lively atmosphere of its summer street markets, seafood restaurants, and seaside clubs.
As well as the coast, the area boasts extraordinary rolling hills dotted with art cities and historic villages, where the eye is lost between the countryside and the sea.
One such village is Ripatransone, a charming town perched on a hill, nicknamed the 'Piceno Belvedere'. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the two valleys below, stretching from the Adriatic Sea to the Apennine Mountains.

The villa is spread over three floors, which are connected by an internal staircase and lift to ensure maximum comfort and accessibility.
