Our Villetta Volterraio is a delightful terraced house, perfect for those seeking a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing meals with ease. It includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both designed to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with a comfortable shower. The main rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort even on the hottest days.

Thanks to its strategic position, you can easily explore the northern coast, with the white beaches of Portoferraio, the eastern side with its picturesque coves stretching from Rio to Cavo, and the southern coast near Capoliveri, famous for its hidden bays and long sandy beaches. The center of Rio nell’Elba is less than one kilometer away and can be reached on foot or by car in just a few minutes.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge.

Check-out: By 9:00 AM.

Linen: Bed and bathroom linen are not included. Guests may rent them up to 7 days before arrival. The cost is €40 for a double set and €20 for a single set. Linen must be collected exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
