The residence extends over a large area of 3 hectares, with the possibility of pleasant walks among olive trees, holm oaks and oleanders. Made up of apartments of various sizes, harmoniously inserted within the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys the suggestive view of the Volterraio Castle. The residence is 12 km far from the port of Portoferraio and Rio Marina. The beach of Bagnaia can be easily reached on foot: from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Elban capital and its dock. The seabed is mainly made up of sand and gravel, the water is clear and crystalline, very suitable for those who want to do water sports, including snorkeling and canoeing.
It is also equipped with some piers that allow both mooring and access to boats.
