- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of âŹ50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a âŹ30 supplement on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
