You will be comfortable both for reaching the northern side of the island, with the beaches of the white coast of Portoferraio, and the eastern side of the shining coast, with the inlets that from Rio reach up to Cavo, and that of Capoliveri with its small coves and its sandy beaches. You will be 600 meters from the center of the village of Rio nell'Elba.

The 50 m2 house is located on the first floor and is spread over one floor, accessed by an external staircase. Internally it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, hallway with French bed, large master double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle.
The location of the house is ideal for mountain bike and hiking enthusiasts, being 2 steps from Volterraio and its famous paths. The strong point of the house is its large covered and uncovered courtyard, with a view of the valley and the sea in the background.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for Group of Young People)
- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + two children
- check-in in our offices in Mola from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
