Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private security service. The complex is divided into approximately 200 residential units including villas, terraced houses and apartments. The services available to guests include bathing equipment, salt and fresh water swimming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, beach volleyball court, bars and restaurants, mini-market. There are also various nature trails both within the complex and in the surrounding areas, to be explored on foot, by bike or motorbike.

Important notes:
- The swimming pools and services (bar and mini-market) are open to the public from start of June y to mid-September, in other periods they are NOT accessible.
- Deckchairs and umbrellas for a fee within the complex (you cannot use your own). The closest center to the complex for shopping is Porto Azzurro, which is about 5 minutes away by car.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste separation and dispose of the same.

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
The Casa Luisa apartment is located in the "Pino" area of ​​Capo d'Arco, an exclusive area accessible only to members and their guests, located a few minutes from Porto Azzurro.

The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift, it consists of a large living area, sofa area, well-equipped kitchenette with window; the living area has two French windows which respectively give access to a small square terrace where it is possible to dine and another balcony, both with full sea views; double bedroom and a bedroom with single bed and second pull-out bed; complete bathroom with window, plus small blind service bathroom with sink and toilet, closet with washing machine. Private parking space.
