CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Standard check-in time is 2pm in the afternoon. If you wish to arrive from 9am onward, this is possible at no extra cost, provided no guest is checking out — the important thing is to alert us in advance about your time to ensure everything is ready.

Keys are delivered in person at the concierge. Important: arrivals after 8pm incur an additional fee, so plan your arrival within that timeframe to avoid extra costs.

For check-out, standard time is 12pm noon. You can leave until 3pm at no extra cost if no new guest is arriving.

Return keys to the concierge, disconnect equipment and organize trash appropriately. If you need to leave without taking all your luggage, you can leave it at our Copacabana location and pick it up later.

All guests must submit identity documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone who enters must identify themselves at the concierge — it is everyone's security. Respect quiet hours from 8pm to 8am so neighbors can rest well too.

Children up to 12 years old are welcome and we have a crib for babies under 2 years. Pets are not allowed. Events or parties are not permitted in the space.

Botafogo is a traditional neighborhood in Rio's South Zone, famous for its beautiful views, vibrant culture and rich history dating back to the 19th century. The name originates from "Boca do Fogo" (Mouth of Fire), an old stretch of Santo Antônio Hill where a fire was used by navigators as a reference point. During the 19th century, the neighborhood began to urbanize with the construction of mansions and the arrival of immigrants. In the 20th century, it became an upper-middle-class neighborhood, with a unique mix of culture, commerce and vibrant nightlife.
