Villa Bella est un 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain appartement nouvellement construit construit avec toutes les mises à niveau. Situé au sommet de la colline, vous pouvez profiter de vos journées sur le patio surdimensionné avec vue imprenable sur la plage de Maria, et la réserve marine Tres Palmas. Villa Bella offre intimité et le confort. L'unité est entièrement climatisé avec des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre ainsi. Décoré avec goût et confort à l'esprit; profiter d'une télévision à écran plat avec chaînes satellite, lecteur DVD et un accès Internet Wi-Fi. Les chaises de plage, draps et serviettes sont fournis.
Ceci est où vous voulez être, distance de marche de Tres Palmas Marine Reserve et Spots de surf. Situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de plages tropicales spectaculaires. Snorkeling est génial au Steps Beach situé à Tres Palmas Marine Reserve avec certains des meilleurs proximité Elk Horn Coral pour une île dans le monde (selon le chercheur NOAA qui a suivi pendant plus de 15 ans!). La vie marine est incroyable. L'hiver apporte de grandes vagues et la fin de Décembre à la mi-Mars, vous venez peut-être les baleines à bosse droit en face de la maison !! Vos jours seront remplis avec la plongée en apnée, promenades sur la plage, surf, pêche en haute mer, parachute ascensionnel et observation des baleines dans la saison d'hiver. Il est à cinq minutes de marche sur la plage de Maria où vous pouvez louer des planches de surf, salon dans les chaises de plage fournis.
Nous voulons faire savoir à nos invités que Porto Rico est une île et que de telles interruptions de courant et / ou d'eau peuvent être rencontrées. Villa Bella ne sera pas responsable des circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté. Heure d'arrivée est 16 heures et le départ est 11 heures. The view is AMAZING! The apartment/home was clean and the host was welcoming. The map listed on VRBO, however, is not accurate. This property is not just across the street from Tres Palmas, but is up a steep hill from the Beach House restaurant. While technically walkable to Maria's, this is a steep walk with beach gear, surfboard, etc.The inside of the property could also use updating. The bunk bed squeaks and sways significantly and the showers have minimal water pressure. I also recommend asking for directions to the house well in advance, as it is difficult to find without them.

The property is just above the BeachHouse and has one of the most amazing views in Rincon.

It was exactly as advertised a two bedroom which sleeps six. Amazing views and great breezes up on the hill above the Beach House.

Absolutely, hands down the best view in Rincon!

My wife and 2 kids have been to Rincon several times and Villa Bella was the best yet. Unit was very nice, clean, great kitchen. Very quiet, private. Look forward to going back again and again. Thanks Pete.

Great location

Owner very responsive when air conditioning not working. Actually replaced entire unit. Great location cinveniuto town and walk to playa maria. Bunk bed not usable due to noise from upper bunk but owner working on it.

Great View

This was our first stay in the Rincon area. It was a difficult property to find in the dark, this may have been partly because of our lack of knowledge about the area but even our cab driver was confused. The view is spectacular and the property is spacious. After hearing about the lack of hot water at other places we were very pleased to not have an issue with hot water. One thing that could definitely be improved would be comfort. The bed, couch and pillows were really really uncomfortable and there was lounge seating outside to take in the beautiful view.

Staying at Villa Bella was the best choice of our trip. A 5 min walk to Maria's surfing break with several other breaks very close by. Rentals available right at the water for reasonable rates. The surfing is great for beginners when the report says 2-3', great for intermediates at 3-5' and above that, great for those who really know what they're doing. The space is the first floor apartment of an incredible property. The apartment opens up onto a stone veranda that looks over the surfing break - you can decide if the conditions are good while drinking your morning coffee.The space is clean and the layout is great if you have a couple kids. One bedroom for the adults with a queen sized comfortable bed. The kids sleep on bunk beds. The pull out couch is available too. TV has all the normal channels/streaming options. Kitchen is appointed fairly well, but if you really like to cook, you might want to bring some nonstick pans. There is a grill outside which works well (and overlooks the mountainous region - stunning).Highly recommend, we will return.

Amazing view, relaxing retreat!

Unbeatable views of sea and surf from this apartment on the ground floor of a grand home, high up on a hill. This comfortable apartment was near-ideal for a tropical getaway for my husband and me. We’re big fans of the laid-back vibe in Rincon, and this proved to be a terrific spot! We doubt there’s a better location in town to watch the surfers catch waves, take in a sunset, or maybe even glimpse a whale spouting in the distance. At night you can hear the happy sounds of the surf and the coqui if you leave the window open. I’m an allergy sufferer (allergic to dust mites and mold) and the ability to either let the breezes flow through the windows or use the air conditioning was key to my being able to relax on the vacation. I was comfortable even during the one stormy day we had. We also really enjoyed the option of walking to The Beach House very nearby at the bottom of the (steep) hill to grab a bite. While the house has 2 bedrooms, one is a master and the second has a full-size bunk bed setup. This worked fine for the two of us as we didn’t need the bunk bed room. Be aware that driving up the hill Is quite steep. You’ll want to go slowly and carefully to avoid the occasional pedestrian or friendly wandering kitty. Also useful to know: The bed in the master is quite firm. The mattress sits on a slatted base, so this isn’t a cushiony type of bed. Also hot water for the shower was something we experienced only in a short burst or two during our entire stay. Not a deal-breaker for us because the cold water from the tap isn’t truly cold—you’re in Rincon and the weather is warm. Thank you for a super stay in an unforgettable spot. We were extremely happy and hope to return!

There's a single reason for the 2 star rating

My new wife and I were staying at the lovely Villa Bella suite for our honeymoon. Everything was as expected, with the exception of the 2 showers. The hall bath's shower's shower head was leaking so badly that it sprayed everywhere other than where you wanted it to, sideways, vertically, backwards.. which made it unusable. The en suite in the master had it's own set of problems - abysmal water pressure, and the water would only stay hot for a MAX of 25secs (I timed it multiple times), then go icy cold for 90secs, then start it's "hot cycle" again. Now, remember, this was our HONEYMOON. The first day I tried not to complain about it, hoping it would change. Mim (the property manager) was good about getting back to me and said that their plumber recommended letting the water run for at least 5min before getting in. After trying this several times (5mins, 10mins, even almost 15mins) we gave up on the hopes of a decent shower for our stay. But, even if the water had been able to stay hot for longer than 25secs, the pressure was beyond sad. Oddly, the kitchen sink had no issues with pressure or heat, and was always hot nearly instantaneously. I had expressed my feelings to Mim who suggested I contact the owner. I had hopes that something could be worked out, but, here we are now nearly a month later and have yet to hear back, which leaves me to believe that this concern is either nothing new or not high enough on their priority list to get back to me. Very disappointing as our stay there would have been great otherwise, which is why I gave it a 2 star rating rather than 1. Nothing like spending a day at the beach in the hot sun and salt, to not be able to come home to a shower - ON YOUR HONEYMOON.

Amazing views

We stayed at Ensenada in February. The property was perfect. Beautiful views and centrally located to the best places in Rincon. We ate at the Beach House multiple times which is right below Ensenada. Very private, updated, and clean. Plenty of space for a family. Peter, the owner, was accommodating and easily accessible. The only suggestion I have was for the location on the map be updated to reflect the accurate location. We will be back!!

Beatiful stay! We'll definitely look to book this place first the next time we are visiting PR. The unit was clean and the view amazing. About 7 min drive to swimming beach (Sandy Beach East, don't go to the west beach, its too rocky to swim). The Beach House restaurant at the bottom of the hill has amazing food and drinks, and a beautiful view. The owner was extremely quick with responses. 10/10.

Amazing getaway

Our stay at Villa Bella was a wonderful experience. The view was breathtaking! Apartment was clean. Water from shower was cold and had low pressure at times, but having lived in the island for many years, you get used to that. Rincon is a great, small town with many hidden gems. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing View

If you are looking for one of the most amazing views in Rincon, this is your place. Everything was as advertised except the water pressure was very low and the air conditioning didn’t work in the kitchen. Besides that we had a great time and Peter was very at tentative to our requests.

This location is incredible! Only thing lacking would be an endless pool looking over the beautiful views. We were there for the beach time and sunsets, and we’re not disappointed.

Gorgeous in every way

This is a beautiful home with unbelievable views; the mountains behind, the ocean in front, and a breathtaking sky above. With the lights off the view of the stars from the awesome outdoor space is incredible. Beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen and baths are slam dunk. Everything you could want, it's there. Relaxing and beautiful. The owner was warm and friendly and the property manager was also friendly, helpful and responsive. LOVE this space.

Took my wife and children to surf in rincon it was awesome , house was perfectly located and views and sunsets from the terrace were incredible . Cannot wait to return and just booked Villa Bella for next February !!!
