Had a wonderful stay. Waking up to the earthquake was defiantly interesting. Ha! The condo had wonderful view of the moon over the ocean and was very comfortable. Thank you!

Best vacation rental!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The unit was everything promised and more. It was equally fun to explore the area as it was to stay at the rental. Rincon was such a wonder town with friendly people. Overall one of the best vacations we have ever had.

Wonderful stay at the beach

This was one of the nicest condo's we've stayed at over the years. Clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Well furnished is a big deal. Too many condos have cheap uncomfortable furniture. Not this one. Meticulously clean as well. My wife had me check the top of the ceiling fan for dust before turning it on. None to be found. The view was amazing everyday all day long. But equally as important the grounds are well landscaped and well kept. The pools were very clean. We made friends with some of the permanent residents there. They welcomed us warmly and provided many suggestions on where to eat and shop and what to see and do in the area. The condo comes furnished with many recommendations as well. I can attest to the bounty of restaurants in the area, Don't miss Art Walk in the town square on Thursday evenings. The street leading to the condo may look a little sketchy if you're from the US. But once you understand Rincon you'll understand that's not an issue. Our neighbors confirmed that for us. I walked all over the place and never a concern. Drive north of town and visit the beaches where the surfers hang out. Much more beautiful than the ones heading south. And by all means check out The English Rose for brunch. Jennifer our host was super responsive before and during the visit. All in all a fantastic stay. Thanks Jennifer.

Enjoying a few days in Paradise- Rincon

The condo has very nice “high end finishes” with gorgeous tile work, well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture both indoor and outdoor, and beautiful bathrooms. It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves. The pools were well maintained and the beach was just a few steps away. We were able to go out and snorkel from the beach and see a lot of colorful fish. We love this part of the island and have visited several times. This condo was one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Beautiful location and great for the price!

Overall a totally amazing place and stay. Right on the water and probably one the very few places that have a beach left in Rincon after all the Hurricanes. Very modern, great kitchen and quiet building. Location was perfect. There were only minor issues. Although the Host is very experienced, I just chalk it up to this particular unit being a new rental, so probably working stuff out still. Issues: Were like running out of basic supplies like trash bags, we were only give 2. We stayed for 8 days 7 nights so bound to happen. So I just suggest longer staying guests maybe give them a little more to get by so we can focus on vaca rather than store runs. There was a bit of ant problem but again it's tropics & host probably still figuring out. The main issue we had was the Queen size bed was definitely not a Queen. It's was a full size bed. So my husband and I were struggling for room with each other. Thankfully there were 2 beds in the other bedroom so we made it work. We could not rent it again unless they switched out the bed. Again maybe the Host does not realize it's actually a full size, I don't think there was any purposely misleading.
