This apartment was made `for the owner` and all the details were carefully thought out. An apartment is located in a building Renovated in 2015. The apartment has a view of a quiet inner yard. To nearby restaurants 20 meters or 1 minute on foot. The apartment has sleeping places for 2 persons and has everything you need: bed linen, towels, fast internet, smart TV, kitchenware, dishes, tea, coffee, oil, spices, soap, body wash, shampoo, and more else.

Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
