Apartment is freshly renovated and has everything you need for living - Queen size bed, kitchen, shower, large fridge and washing machine. Apartment is located on the ground floor. There is free parking in the backyard near the house.

Please note that you might hear the tram pass by when you are in the apartment, yet tram goes only during the day and schedule is once per hour - so I hope it is not too much of disturbance. đ
