The space
This home was just built at the beginning of this year and offers a very nice place to come home and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area sets the stage for memorable evenings. The open concept floor plan is light and bright yet cozy.

Retreat to 4 comfortable bedrooms at the end of your day. You'll also find a working space with a comfortable desk and chair in the front bedroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking appliances that make it suitable for preparing any meal, whether a simple breakfast, quick snack or a dinner.

★ MASTER BEDROOM ★
When you walk down the hall you will come to the huge master bedroom which includes a premium 12" king bed and a luggage rack to conveniently put your suitcase. Next to the bed is an oversized mirror for checking out just how good you look after getting ready!

★ MASTER BATHROOM ★
The master bathroom has a beautiful two-sink vanity with a huge shower/tub. Under the sink you'll find a steamer for your clothes and a hair dryer.

★ FRONT BEDROOM ★
The front bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed and a bunkbed with two twins. This room also has a luggage rack for your suitcase.

★ BEDROOM 3 AND 4 ★
The third and fourth bedrooms also have queen size beds with a cozy nightstands and luggage racks for your suitcases. The nightstands have a USB and standard plug to charge your phone and there is a dedicated work space with desk as well.

★ AIR MATTRESS ★
Premium double thick air mattress available for setup if you have more than 10 guests.

★ BACKYARD ★
The backyard has a nice patio with propane BBQ to cook whatever you'd like. There's also cornhole in the backyard to have some fun at the end of your day! The rest of the yard is fenced in nicely with enough room for your pet to roam around.
Guest access
There is a smart lock that makes it convenient and simple for you to access the home during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and garage.

On 1st impression the house was nice looking. However discovering several issues, brings this rating doen,1. Backyard filled with dog poop and goheads.2. Bo toilet paper.3. Blow dryer in master room did not work.4. No bath soap in bathrooms.5. Blinds in living room were missing panels and another broken while trying to open.6. Trash cans so full outside no room for other trash8. Water filter needs to be replaced.Sheets left in dryer.

Good host, missing a few things

Stay was nice! Daniel is a responsive host and auto-opened the place early on short notice. They were missing some things that would’ve been helpful: body wash, napkins, hand soap, etc. In addition, 12 people seems like a bit of a stretch for the place – thankfully that wasn’t a problem for us. Thanks for letting us stay there!

Life in the Desert!

Daniel is extremely professional, prompt, communicative, and helpful. When the property didn't have aluminum foil for the grill, he brought over a new one. Communication with Daniel is definitely a five-star! The code to enter the property was inaccurate. When we texted Daniel, he immediately sent us the correct code. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Interior of the property is modern, clean, and spacious. Firm and comfortable foam memory mattresses. Insulation to soundproofing the house is weaker than most homes. Light sleepers may hear other bedroom doors opening and closing, or people talking in the next room. Overall, Daniel and his modern home definitely dazzled our visit.

In town for a wedding!

This place was a perfect place for us. We came to town for 3 nights for our son’s wedding. The house was clean, modern and spacious. We had a nice place for family members to hang out between wedding associated events. Ridgecrest was super hot that weekend but we stayed cool 😎 We would definitely return!

Perfect Ridgecrest House

Beautiful new property which looked exactly like the photos on Vrbo. I visited Ridgecrest with family for two weeks and our host Daniel was more than accommodating and kindly followed up during the visit to see if we needed anything and provided the easiest checkout instructions I’ve ever seen. The home is very spacious and the open floor plan makes hanging out very enjoyable! The wireless internet is very fast and excellent for working remote. There are also board games in the pantry which was a pleasant surprise. We’re definitely planning to stay here again when we visit Ridgecrest again. Thank you Daniel for hosting us!
