The space is an open concept living area with 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms suites. New construction.

Guests will have full access to the home.

The host will be available to answer questions and solve problems if they arise.

The neighborhood is a small community consisting of both single family homes and double wide manufactured homes. There are 2 common areas for activities and extra parking for bigger vehicles. No parking on the street is allowed.

All cars and trucks must be parked off the street or in the garage. There are common areas on both ends of the community.

The house has a small back yard and small side yard. The community common area is good for outdoor activities and it is very close to the house.
Parking on the street is prohibited

Pet policy is as follows: Pets can never be left in the home unattended unless they are crated. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors. Pet pooh must be picked up promptly and completely cleaned up when vacating. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. No excessive barking will be allowed.

Smoking - NO smoking of any kind in the property. All cigarette butts must be collected and thrown in the trash. PLEASE do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
