The neighborhood is a quiet little community with a mix if single family homes and double wide manufactured homes on foundations. Common areas and extra parking for guests.

There is plenty of off street parking. The HOA does not allow any on-street parking. There is a common area parking lot for bigger vehicles

No “on street” parking is allowed by the HOA. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway. There is additional parking in a common area parking lot for bigger vehicles.
Parking on the street is prohibited

Pet policy is as follows: Pets can never be left in the home unattended unless they are crated. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors. Pet pooh must be picked up promptly and completely cleaned up when vacating. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. No excessive barking will be allowed.

Smoking - NO smoking of any kind in the property. All cigarette butts must be collected and thrown in the trash. PLEASE do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
