Step through the backyard gate and you’ll find yourself directly on the Waimea College sports fields, with three playgrounds, open spaces for walking the dog, and room for the kids to run. It’s like having your own private park!

Walking distance to Richmond town center, the Aquatic Centre. Within 5 mins drive is the Silvan Forest Mountain bike park and Easby park for the mountain bikers dream and great places to walk too. Walk to the local 'Reservoir Creek' to feed the eels just around the corner.

Further afar is the amazing outdoors of Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, Nelson Lakes, Kahurangi national park, Mount Richmond Forest park and beyond!
